I used to wear Nike Dri Fit Pro.  This is the compression fit clothing.  Then I shifted to Underarmour.  The difference is night and day.  Go run at 11.5 on the tread mill at 0.5% incline for 30 minutes.  At the end of your session, your body feels totally dry.  Instead of wearing shorts, I wear cycling shorts.

For shoes, on days that I do cardio I wear Asics Gel Kayano 14.  For weight lifting days I wear Adidas Mega Bounce.  I still say Asics has the best fit.

i'm on the hunt for a good sports bra right now. i'm not very particular with my gym attire. basta ok lang yung fit.. hindi masyado loose or tight. always cotton shirt and jogging pants. now i realize the importance of a good sports bra for support! i'm usually on the treadmill pa naman, so bouncy ang girls ko. hehe. i read it somewhere kaya na-aware ako.

any other recommendations aside from nike? magkano po yung nike sports bra usually? though i'm sure i can't afford it right now, kakabili ko lang ng shoes. :(

please help..

TIA. ;)

i like Nike DriFit sports bra. got mine for less than 1k when they had a sale. it does dry quite fast, buti na lang the Large size fits me well and gives adequate support. :)

when i started Muay Thai, i wore a loose shirt and jogging pants. but i found that kind of outfit to interfere with my movements, esp when delivering kicks. so i wear a not-so-fitted shirt (sports bra inside) and my loose Muay Thai shorts. everyone wears cycling shorts inside kasi maluwag sya. ayoko din namang may ma-expose na hindi dapat. ;D minsan naman i wanna try wearing MMA shorts, yun mala-board shorts 'coz it looks cool. hehe. as for shoes, it's not needed since nakapaa naman kami pag workouts.

yun iba recommend to wear a jacket when working out, para daw mas pagpawisan. but i don't do that personally kasi: 1) i have hyperhidrosis so i sweat excessively already and, 2) if i do that i prolly might become dehydrated in the process.

i believe the number one rule in choosing the perfect gym outfit is it should be comfortable and at the same time fashionable.

I think nike has the best fit.  It has built in bra so you don't need to wear a separate one  :-*
