gxanthe siguro tama man sila sa eclipse, ang hirap namang magpalit palit ng rubbershoes kasi before you start lifting weights dapat cardio muna, and then for cool down, cardio again :D  pero thanks for sharing that

according to the research i had - the ideal cardio before lifting weights would be for warm ups lang and the "real" cardio that works would be after lifting -- specially if its HIIT.
personally, i dont do cardio na before lifting.. sabagay, i seldom do cardio to after hehe..
but that's just me..

sharing lang  :)

i used to be so anti-nike, anit-adidas and anti-puma before. sabi ko sa sarili ko, masyadong overpriced ang mga damit na ito. e pagpapawisan mo lang naman, magbabayad ka pa ng mahal. kaya hinde mo ako ever mapapabili niyan. so i would wear old t-shirts and old jogging pants in the gym. hanggang sa umabot na butas butas na sila at kumulubot na. pati yung bras that i use, nangalawang na (because i use yung may wire, kadiri talaga). and i had to admit to myself, ang pangit ng feeling ng basang t-shirt na dumidikit sa skin mo while working out tapos bumabakat yung underwear mo kasi "wet look" ka sa pawis ;D.
so i had to go shopping for new stuff. being the anti-nike, anti-adidas and anti-puma that i am, i bought inexpensive clothes (like the ones that you see in department stores). ok naman siya after a few months pero ang daling magfade ng color at ang daling lumuwag ng tela especially if parati ka sa gym, so parati mong pinapalabhan. so napilitan na naman akong bumili ulit ng new set of clothes, this time sa tiangge ako bumili. complete set, sleeveless shirts and jogging pants. ganun din, after a few months ginawa ko na siyang pambahay kasi ang luwag na. then one christmas, i was given a nike top (yung may built in bra) as a gift. grabe, sobrang ok. di na dumidikit sa skin at makapal ang tela kaya di see-through ang underwear mo. i was hooked. now, all of my gym clothes are either from nike, adidas or puma.

moral of the story:
kinain ko rin sinabi ko dati, hehe  ;D
