cher.liman where do you workout?  If she wore pants instead of *censored* shorts, maybe she would perspire more   I like the new sports apparel of elle.  I got one set for pasalubong.

i wear leotards under my tshirt and jogging pants.  para kahit na anong taas ko ng kamay or whatever, di kita tummy ko.  i used to dance and eto yung pinaka comfortable ako with, leotards,  kasi when i wear a bra under, tapos pinagpawisan ako, ewan ko ba, sobrang icky feeling ng sweaty bra for me.

^you could wear drifit sports bra. i can't stand using ordinary bra when working out, specially when using the treadmill, parang not enough support.

^ where can i find one? i just use the ordinary bra when working out and i hate it when the sweat goes into it. nilalamig ako.

^I buy my sports bra at Nike; all of their bras are dri-fit. Ok yung mga sports bra nila, great support and di sticky yung feeling especially when you do strength training exercises.

^me din, i buy sa nike. may nakita ko before, Champion yung brand, sa olympic village ata, pero parang ang init ng fabric. invest na lang in a couple of nike sports bras. usually in sports warehouse, there are on sale nike sports bras. even nike tops, na with support na.

^^Meron din sa Marks and Spencer. I don't know how much siya and if its sturdy. Try to drop by Nike Women, they have sports bra on sale

i have the same problem just last week.. 1st time to go sa gym... just wore yung leggings and tshirt.

its not sexy nga lang kasi people are wearing fitting pants & shirt.... i want to buy nike or adidas kasi mukang comfortable yun tela.... pero mahal... so im currently waiting for a SALE... kung may sale sa ganun pls post hehe...

^ganyan din ako before when i was starting ulit sa gym. parang almost everybody nakaporma, even yung mga medyo "of age" na. i have quite a few of gym clothes na now, but there are times that i still wear a loose drifit plain shirt, and plain shorts. lalo na now, ang init.

dapat ba loose yung shirt para di masyado mainit pag pinagpawisan or baby tee? minsan kasi gusto ko magsuot ng loose shirts kasi nalalagkitan ako sa init.

i love nike i invested in nice pairs of gym attire. they're nice and comfy at the same time. medyo pricey though, but its worth it naman.  i like the nike sports bra as well.

^^anything basta comfy for you.  sakin, i wear old white shirts, not too loose, not that tight either.  i can't afford pa dri-fit ones, di pa kasi ako nakaka-tyempo ng sale, so i wear muna fruit of the loom shirts.

pero pag pambaba, naku wag nyo ko gayahin.  nagsuot ako ng mejo maluwag and old cotton pedal, kalagitnaan ng rpm, todo-taas ako ng garter, kahiya talaga, buti mejo madilim dun.  tsaka ang pangit sa butt tignan.

^ thanks sis. ako rin, most of the time white shirts na saktuhan lang ang size ang gym attire ko. i can't invest yet on branded ones like nike. di ko pa naman masyado kinakarir ang gym

before when i used to go to the gym, i just wear tshirts, yung hindi ganong loose para hindi ako makitaan pag yumuyuko then jogging pants. sis kkkattt, try mo sa mga surplus shop. i bought adidas and nike jogging pants don. okay na rin. masyadong mahal sa nike store eh. hehe

old shirt and jogging pants lang plus a good sports bra!
