You have a point. I prefer to just wear cotton jackets to help me perspire more.

^ Yes, mine is made of thick cotton as well. Strange thing though, I saw a person wearing a black garbage bag with the hole for her head, she said it made her perspire more. This goes under her usual gym outfit which consists of "pek-pek" shorts and tank top. On her toes are ballerina shoes

drifit shirt, shorts, anything comfy na hindi nakaka hinder sa movement.
as i usually am in the power cage, i dont mind even if im the only girl there.
wala namang paki alaman eh - basta ako nag bubuhat.

sweatpants/tracksuit with shirt when working out. i'm planning to use spandex shorts during yoga/pilates classes

the garbage bag like get up is the SAUNA SUIT...sis...u gotta buy this...only 290 from toby's or any sports house...as in literal na tutulo ang pawis nyo...grabe! nakakatuwa kasi d ako pawisin e. kahit magjogging ako sa perimeter ng sm, ala effect. pero nung bumili ako nito, nasa bahay lang ako nagtatatalon...ayun tagaktak pawis ko. as in!!! basang basa talaga.

i usually wear drifit sleeveless tops from nike, yung padded na. there are times na i wear a shirt, with nike sports bra. then drifit na jogging pants. i only wear shorts if i know i'll be doing cardio lang. love ko talaga nike sa sports attire, aside from rubber shoes.

just bought some pants & tops, sa SM dept store lang, mura eh... sarap pa sa katawan. almost everyday na kasi ako magworkout. hirap ng laba ng laba every day.

i usually wear capri pants and relaxed fit shirts made of materials similar to dri-fit. when i do floor exercises, i wear shorts na may tights underneath
