meron bagong gimik place along pasong tamo extension in makati. 121 yung pangalan ng place. nood ng banda naman ang punta ng mga tao. chill out place lang. may rock-e-oke gimik din daw minsan. ok daw yung place kasi bago, walang masyadong tao, tago/secluded, malayo from the crowded areas of makati and medyo conyo yung crowd.

^ Wow, we saw this last last Friday lang pero close pa I don't know kung dahil maaga pa or talagang hindi pa ni lalaunch haha anyway, nice yung labas niya ah. Ma-try nga.

i hate manor. exag ang pila, anlabo ng music, and (sorry pero) ang jologs ng crowd! on a serious note, i think the basement/waiting area (which is humid, too crowded and triggers claustrophobia) is an ozone tragedy waiting to happen.

will never ever go back to that highly pretentious bar na feeling sosy kadiri naman!

^ really? katakot naman yan.. pero i agree! exagg talaga yung pila! and i also don't like the crowd! sa labas pa lang e... good thing hindi na kame pumasok.

^ ay naku sis, mabuti na lang talaga. nakakaasar pa yung fact na you won't know na mahaba yung pila until after mo magbayad. from outside kasi you will just see the counter kung saan nakapila yung mga tao to pay for entrance. that line is pretty short. pero after you pay, papapuntahin ka nila sa basement (dadaan ka pa sa masikip na stairway) which serves as their waiting area. dun mo makikita na waaah sobrang haba pala ng pila. scary pa yung basement kasi mainit, maisikip, magkaka-asthma ka sa sobrang kulob at amoy ng sigarilyo (wala siyang ventilation) tsaka no visible exit except for that narrow entrance/stairway. and the bar itself (which is at the 3rd floor) isn't really much of an improvement comapred to the basement. halos pareho lang, mas malamig lang kasi may aircon. ang yung crowd, hay, mga nagpapasosy hindi naman. sabi nung kasama naming foreign (who we brought to ascend a week earlier), "the girls here [compared to ascend] are sluttier. ascend seems more 'sosyal'".

ewan ko ba ba't andaming tao don, ampangit naman. o baka matanda na ko masyado, di ko na kaya makipagbakbakan para lang gumimik. after manor, i'll just stick to fort and makati bars.

^ hindi naman lahat... staple namin ang guilly's for girl's night out eh...(better than dolce na pangit ventilation at pangit pa ng music) last friday we were at guilly's and maagang nagstart ang RnB... around 1am... dati mga 2am pa eh.... we go there for the cool music, so in all, we had fun... di kasi kami mahilig sa house and trance... kahit saan naman meron at merong cheap girls na aaligid eh... pero I would think na maghahamper sa kanila yung door charge na 300 bucks

maganda sa white ave sis kaya lang very crowded at oa pila. ok din mga tao at music dun kesa sa mga tao sa decades. pa-GL/guest list ka na lang sa white ave o kaya hantay ka ng bouncer o manong parking na aapproach sa'yo. mas mura. hehe bigyan mo lang ng tip for parking. 

maganda din daw sa manor. i was s'posed to go ther last week kaya lang tinamaan ng katamaran kaya di na ako sumama sa mga kaibigan ko. hehe. yung isa kong kaibigan laging nasa manor. again, para makaiwas sa mahabang pila, magpa-GL

kung gusto nyo nang chill out lang talaga eh mag metrowalk na lang kayo. puro yuppies at mid-20's nga lang madalas na mga tao dun.

those who are guestlisted still needs to fall in line, unless of course if you are VIP. Being on the list only means you dont have to pay for the door charge, or in some clubs--discounted door charge. and guestlists also has a cut off time, if you dont arrive before the cut off time, you have to pay for the entrance which usually is inclusive of drinks..

i've been guestlisted 2 saturdays in a row @ embassy... i haven't been there for quite some time, and i must say... it's still as overrated as i remembered it to be...

the first time, we had to line up for 1.5 hours kahit guestlist, just to go to the vvip or superclub ba yun, where they play rnb/hiphop...sa labas kasi eh trance/house which i really can't appreciate much...  crowd was (still) pretentious, just there to be seen... we even had to argue with some foreign guys na sumisingit sa line and we had to call the attention of the bouncer... such brats...grrr.. the second time, wala ng pila, since it's valentines day haha... but i must say, the sounds are much similar to what they play @ guilly's morato during fridays or thirsty thursdays.... so why bother, especially when you're not in the guestlist and have to pay... oh well.. kanya kanya naman yan... i was just never a fan of embassy...
