We're going to ascend this wednesday. It's good to know that it's ladies' night on wednesdays because i dont want to pay for the door charge.

We're exactly is ascend? I know fort bonifacio (where emba, japiur is..) but i dont know where bonifacio high street is. Do i just park at the fort or ascend has its own parking lot?

Yeah ok sa Ascend? What's the crowd like? We drove by there one time tas parang kids were lining up. High school or college kids. Haha. Maybe we're getting too old na talaga for the party scene. I like Emba pa rin though. Alchemy is kind of dead. Piedra is okay except that it gets too crowded for me. Fiamma is okay sometimes, sometimes not. If not Emba we usually just hang out in Cuisine also.

1st floor ng emba yung cuisine. i heard no entrance dun.
2nd and up yung super club, yun yung my entrance fee that varies from 500-700?

Kindly add this up girls...Based on recent first-hand-experience from ASCEND...

1...Looks like the Bouncers of Ascend have more power than the PR Manager when it comes to letting guests in!!! It's what those bouncers word over the event/pr manager...What a way to rule, huh?

2...I believe that Navi Terencio (aka. Events Mgr.) doesn't have any idea of the difference of a GUESTLIST between an INVITE? A Guestlist is suppose to be a list of VIP (very important people), influencial people at that!!! ....And an Invite is the "hakot" crowd, the group that fills a venue.

3...And I'm sad to say that despite the trendy location of Ascend, at High Street, at The Fort, it is becoming a "cheap" version of Embassy. The type of crowd Ascend lets in are teenagers who dress up to look like adults. It's kinda sad because I had he impression that A-list people are the priority in this club.

Maybe Ascend should review which people they should invite in their bar. I know its a happening place, and its a waste to see Ascend's reputation fall just because of the people who work for them. They should train them properly in handling guests, and choosing the right one to let in.
