okay at least walang retro, alright... :)

F3 category pansin ko lang sa cut-off dates..PD na 1991 was 3 years ago pa and now na feb.2011 VB -1991 pa rin? halos hindi umaalis sa ganyang year... :o correct me if im wrong...' ???

kung inayos lang sana ni papa papers namin nuon... ??? considering na US citizen sia at birth and nasa US army pa...haysss sayang ::) lahat ng cousin ko sa father side sa US na pinanganak kami lang yata ang naiwan dito, ewan ko ba sa papa namin... ::)  kaya kung kelan pa naisipan nia na pumunta kami dun eto maghihintay ng PD...'

yep nag move ng konti. at least hindi na nag retrogress further. sa india, yung f4, nag retrogress pa ng 2 years :)

bunso kasi si papa kaya ganun parang wala lang... ::) kaya too late na pero ok lang kaysa wala kaming hintayin na petition... :) dream ko pa naman makapunta ng US and tumira sa NY..hehe... ;D

Nun nalaman ko na nagkaroon ng retrogression hindi ako masyadong nagworry, our PD is Jun 2008... kasi may problem pa ang yung son ko sa birthcertificate niya... ang hirap pala maglakad ng papers sa Manila.. parang dun pa lang gusto ko na maiyak :'(

Hindi umusad ang VB for February, but good thing is di na sya nagretrogress unlike yung mga ibang family-based category na Dec. and Jan. nagretrogress.... Di pa natatapos ang January "coming soon" na ang March VB.... Hope na mag move na sya forward by March, Sept. 2008 PD namin hoping that in just a couple of months maging current na PD namin.... Keep on praying mga Sis!!!

sis kuruga, US citizen papa mo when you were born? Tapos he serve pa as a military? You're a US Citizen then sis, no need na petition... Na registered ba sa US Embassy Manila yung Birth Certificate mo? If not pweding pahabol na late registration. Tapos bigay mga info sa papa mo and that he is a residence din sa US and serve military. Pwede nga yan ma expidite eh. Try nyo sis...

@sis lyn.. :)yeah sis US citizen father ko also my grandfather(retired US army)...way back 1982 sumulat grandpa ko sa US embassy in manila para ma register kami as USC and request na din for a US passport...(shempre pinadala na din birth certificate namin) but dunno what happened then, ang nangyari binalik nila ang letter ng grandpa ko tapos naka-stamp duon sa letter na received (date) pero walang advise if what next pwede naming gawin?  :-\

tapos in 2004 sumulat kami uli sa US embassy re:Application for U.S. citizenship for an applicant 18 years of age or older.. tas after that pinadalhan kami instructions ng mga docs needed namin i-submit sa kanila kasama na yung letter ng grandpa ko na binalik nila pero parang hindi nila binigyan attention yun... :('

so eto ang result:

Based on the Embassy's preliminary review of the documents submitted to support the applications, it appears that your children's applications are UNAPPROVABLE because of the following:

U.S. citizen parent lacked the required physical presence in the U.S. as indicated below:

* 10 years, 5 of which must be after U.S. citizen's *12th*14th*16th birthday and before the applicants birth. :'(

problem kasi sis father ko hindi continuous stay sa US.. :(pabalik-balik lang ng pinas ginawa nia before...nag stay longer lang sia in the US for 7 years when he was in the service pa, 7 years lang in the service coz of honorable discharge nagka problem dun sa ear drum nia...tas another lately naka 8 years sia continuous din yun...'

so kaya siguro hindi kami pwede sa citizenship coz of that reason..sayang ano?sis, gusto ko rin sana uli mag ask sa embassy regarding dun sa letter ng grandpa ko kasi sabi nila wala daw silang natanggap na sulat eh bakit naka stamp naman dun received?ang gulo sis ng situation...do u think may chance pa kami?ano kaya pwedeng gawin sis? :-\

@sis lyn, pahabol lang sis ang sabi pa ng embassy kung gusto daw namin i-discuss further and continue to pursue application namin tumawag lang daw sa kanila or pumunta and proceed sa Window ACS-4..pero hindi na namin na follow up kasi useless lang naman kasi UNAPPROVABLE naman case namin... :(

^Ahhh I see, but maybe you could do an appeal? May records naman yung dad mo sa honorable discharge nya dba? Tapos if your grandpa did submitted your B.C. sis, baka na tabunan lang yung papers nyo. Try nyo go sa Window ACS-4 sis to be sure. Ang sayang kasi...

@sis lyn... if there's lacking requirements daw hindi talaga pwede kahit US citizen father ko.. :( so last chance ang letter na ginawa ng grandpa ko kasi we are sure na napadala namin...kaso walang advise from them kung ano next namin gawin? i'll see kung ano magawa ko... :) try ko sis...' thanks sis
