@ sis karuga : have faith sistahhh,ganyan din ako nun,positive at times but mostly negative.i also believe that there is power in prayer.ang estimation ko nga nun eh mga 2013 pa kami makakaalis but God is good,talagang isinali ko sa 2010 prayer request ko ang processing ng papers.mejo nagkamali ako kasi ang prayer ko is "sana ma-process at lumabas ang mga papers" which is nagkatotoo naman,pero sana,ginawa ko specific ang hiningi ko kay LOrd.haha.kaya ngayong 2011,talagang interview appointment,visa,and big money for the tickets and lamyerda when we get there.i know God answers prayers =)

Sis Kuruga pag pray natin ng husto yung VB  :) I-claim na natin yung blessings na yan and if VB does not go on our way this year,merong reason.

Yup pwede but case to case basis din if they want to approve your request to expidite. :) But if USCIS grants you that, there's a really big possibility NVC and USE Manila will hasten the process of your baby's papers.

Ahhh... I see. Nag change pala status hubby mo. Ang weird ano? Why kaya kailangan separate petition pag US citizen but okay lang together pag LPR lang? :-\ I mean, what are they thinking? Dba? ::)

^oo nga sis, I was thinking dapat pala hindi na lang siya nagcitizen kaso sabi niya mas mabilis daw kasi kapag ganon. minsan talaga mapagbiro ang kapalaran hehe.

yup sis tatawag daw ang asawa ko sa uscis, itatry namin. and we're still hoping for the best. thanks uli sis  :)

@septembermine : Sis super nega talaga, member ako sa VisaJourney talagang kung papansinin mo mga post nya mawawalan ka ng pag-asa... but then isipin nalang natin na wala naman siya sa posisyon para paniwalaan natin, wala naman nakakaalam kung ano talaga ang mangyayari sa darating na months sa Visa Bulletin...

Basta think positive nalang tayo...

malapit na feb VB...hindi na ako masyadong nag eexpect...come what may...interview of my mom, dad and brother is last week of jan or early feb...sana mabulungan ng anghel yung consul at ipatawag ako if not ibang way nalang to go there...deadline for myself late this year or next year dapat makasunod na ako...don't want to be like my cousin na 2 years ng apart with family and not doing anything about it but wait for petition...last option nalang yun if all else fails...

hello ulit mga sis... may tanong ulit sana ako...

based sa mga narinig ko, ito yung average time span bago maaprove ang petition/visa for spouse/fiance on the following cases:

Petition of Spouse by US Citizen: 6 months to a year
K-1/Fiance Visa of a Fiance of US Citizen: 6 months to a year
Petition of Spouse by Permanent Resident: 4-6 years

Tama ba mga sis? Totoo bang umaabot ng at least 4 years and petition ng spouse kapag Permanent Resident pa lang??? Please clarify kung mali or verify kung tama...

Kasi kung tama kawawa naman magiging asawa ko... 4 years pa aantayin namin kung ganun huhuhu... :-[

^yan yung average time span..but depende pa din yun sa takbo ng visa bulletin...katulad ngayon may retrogression kaya mas madedelay yung processing...
