Going to the US: I-130 Petition (Spouse/Immediate Relative)-Part 2

May i know sis kung who is the beneficiary sa petition ninyo? kasi sa pagkakaalam ko ang hindi pwede if you apply a tourist.

Ano ba visa category ng magiging work ni hubby u sa US? check mo na rin sa employment based kung current sia sis and dependents kayo

Based sa VB,2 months ang napaprocess nila sa F3 since tumungtong ang ber months,pero mas mabilis yung first quarter ng taon. So we assume na pag ber months,bumabagal ang processing. So we expect talaga na this 2011,PD 1996 na ang ipaprocess. Eto ang calculation lang namin,so excited na kasi..
Walang sinabi kung anong type ng working visa,pero pwede nga kaya? Pero tama ka sis,.maski si hubby not interested to acquire other type of visa, maghihintay pa din daw sya na macase complete kami,tutal next to 1995, 1996 na ang current.
Sana bilis-bilisan nila ang pagaapprove, wag sana silang petix this holiday, maraming ng excited! Isa nako dun

mabagal ba talaga processing ngayon?my hubby is surprised kasi approved na ang I-485 niya. kakasubmit lang ng papers niya 3 weeks ago.The thing is, sa november 17 pa biometrics appointment niya. is that even possible? status niya kasi: I-140:RFE, I-485: approved, EAD:approved, Advance parole:approved.

not sure if same ba ang I-485 at EAD. parang too good to be true lang.tumawag kasi siya sa USCIS,sabi ang greencard na nga daw is approved. di pa approved I-140 at wala pa biometrics eh.please help mga sis.

correct ka sis bumagal nga ang VB since dumating ang "ber" na months at isa na ako sa mga naging disappointed doon but anyway lapit na lumabas ng VB, next week na..medyo kabado ako & at the same time excited but im hoping for the best result!

Wala pa kami sa medical, huling processing namin eh yung pagchange ng status. Tapos dahil sa hindi pa current yung PD, wala munang further processing. Pag current na case namin, sabi ng NVC sunud sunod na daw yung processing ng pagbabayad,appointment sa interview at medical tapos case complete na. Sana lang wag ng manghingi pa ng ibang documents para wag ng ma-delay.
Yung AOS, dun ipadadala sa choice of agent mo, o kaya yung petitioner. Yung samin sa sis in law ko pinadala,not sure kung registered o email sis,i confirm ko yan sa kanya.
 
Inip nako sis,ive been wanting this all my life, not for me but for my daughter's sake. Gusto kong magkaroon sya ng maayos na education. Im not after the bonggacious life US can offer,baka ma-overwhelm ako, i prefered simple life pa din.

Best time sis mga around 8:30 pm to 10pm onwards. (Time sa pinas to.)Yan yung mga oras na swerteng me nakakausap kami. by the way,my us-based bff sent me a magicjack kaya wala ko gastos sa international call.

Ok sis now alam ko na... yup inip na tayong lahat (haha) and pagod na sa paghihintay but thats all we can do, iba pa rin pag doon na, maraming opportunities well-off ang life

^Sis Kuruga, F2 category ako nung napetition in 1994.  Kaso this year (2010) sinubmit ko yung marriage certificate and birthcertificate ng anak ko.  we got married in 1997.  So ano na ang priority date ko?  Yung 1994, yung 1997 or 2010 when I submitted the marriage certificate and birth certificate of my son? The file date would remain the same... so, if it was filed on 1994 that means your PD is now current 

November 2010 VB is March 1995...

^mapepetition ka nia as fiancee kapag citizen na cia kasi hindi pa kayo kasal..so 3 months  before cia mag5 yrs magapply na cia ng N-400(citizenship) after nia maging citizen pwede ka na nia petition as fiancee

hi sis, may idea ka ba kung ilang months bago ma approve yung citizenship? and kelan niya kaya pwede ma file yung fiance petition if ever maging citizen na? thanks in advance

^@itsmekmia, Citizenship is very fast. I filed for mine on 9/28/2009, Biometric 10/24/2009, Interview/Test 12/16/2009 and Approval same day. And I waited for an oath Ceremony  schedule than do it on my Interview/Test day after they approved me on the same day. That way I'll do it with a whole lot of other people. I did my Oath Taking Feb 25, 2010. So overall it took 5 months but if he takes his oath afterwards sa interview, he will be done on 3 months time.

As for K1 Petition (fiancee visa) yung sa amin din it took over all 5 months tapos na kami and I arrived here in US after I receive my visa. He can apply for the K1 as soon as he become a US Citizen. After his oath he can submit na yung petition ninyo. Basta you all have the proof na gathered like: photos, IM chats/emails, flight stubs nya when going there in PI etc...

NOA 2 Approval 01/03/2005
Packet 4 Received 04/30/2005
Medical 05/13 and 16/2005
Interview Date 05/21/2005 (Approved)

I received my visa at noon on May 25th then I went to CFO to get my PDOS sticker, already done with my CFO seminar before I went to get my medical and interview so all I need is my PDOS sticker and I was out there by 3PM, check out on our hotel and went to the airport to fly to the US. We went home first sa Cebu after the interview to say goodbye to my family then went back to Manila to wait out my visa.

The interview falls down on a Saturday, and by wednesday I got my visa. So it took 3 days to get my visa not counting Sunday, hubby ask to expedite the process and delivery sa visa ko 'coz he want to fly out with me. Hubby was not in Military by the way.

Hi Sis Lyn, kumustasa? paistorbo ha, question lang after the interview at naapprove na ang visa that day, tapos dedeliver na yung visa sayo after ilang days, ibig sabihin pwede ka ng mag fly agad sa US, is this applicable as well to any other category? Saka totoo kaya na kasama na sa packet yung Social Security #? Kaya ko natanong to sis kasi yung prospect employer ni hubby sa South Carolina, di sya mabigyan ng guarantee na ma-hire unless maset up sya for an interview personally. Sorry if off-topic na. Thanks

wow, thanks so much sis lyn! i'm excited na. i hope mapabilis talaga, 5 years na kme long distance relationship, it's really hard pag LDR. kya talagang sana mapabilis kagad.
