^Oo nga pero wala pa rin akong nakuhang email sa NVC to pay up na...Maybe by Monday I'll received it, just in time for me to pay.

dumating na packet 4 ng mommy ko...hindi nga ako kasama pero may sinabi regarding CSPA,malalaman daw result after their interview...hindi na ako umaasa...i'll wait for my f2b petition nalang siguro tutal medyo mabilis na ngayon...sana magtuloy tuloy na...madami din kasing nagiging f3 na galing sa f2b status kaya siguro bumibilis...thinking postive, siguro di pa ako meant umalis ngayon...maybe after 2 years if luck comes my way and i will be petitioned in other category...

basta rule lang sa f2b category wag muna pakasal not unless yung papakasalan ay green card holder just kidding...kasi kaya tumatagal kasi nagchange status nung petition from f2b to f3...f2b 2002 na f3 1995 padin...laking gap din yun...konting tiis lang naman na yun...pag iisipin mo kasing matagal tatagal nga, hope they make amendments pa regarding family related petitions...its just so frustrating to have situation like mine na one of the family members will be left here in the Philippines...

Im from F1 to F3 category... now am waiting for my PD to be current, ok lang kahit matagal aabutin worth the wait naman kasi kasama ko na hubby ko and my kid when i leave

yung sa tita ko same situation, hindi nagpakasal nagka 2 kids then nakuha niya kids niya...binalikan lang si hubby after a year then nakaalis na din, mas mabilis kasi yung usad ng f2b...

anyways, sana umusad na PD, we just received the letter for packet 4...F3 category priority date 1995...pero yung sa case namin inexpedite...wala ng choice of agent kasi turning 21 na kapatid ko...

my uncle (mom's brother) petitioned her around 15-20 years ago. and just recently, he said he received a notification for this petition and asked her (mom) for documents such as marriage contract, birth certificates etc.

i'm not sure at what stage she is in the process, but uncle mentioned the waiting time to be around 9 months according to the papers he received.

mom wants all of us to join her, that is, my father, 21 year old unmarried brother, 16 year old brother and me (25 year old unmarried daughter).  i read somewhere and heard a lot of stories na mas madali if the son/daughter is below 21 pa, but do you guys happen to know someone who was over 21 and unmarried but was approved for petition? i just want to know what my (and my brother's) chances are of getting approved...

matagal pa sis...mag fifile pa parents mo ng separate petition as soon as they get a green card...lets just say one year after nila umalis, ganyan din kasi situation ko, if f2b continues to speed up like this yr ( 4 years nasakop this year )...itll be more or less 3-5 yrs waiting time...if one yr lang kada taon then 10 yrs or so...good luck to us...as soon as makapunta parents niyo after 6 months lang ata pwede na kayo ipetition...stay single of if you plan to marry you can have a child and retain you f2b status...you can get your hubby in a year naman eh...

hi ulet mga sisters!i did pay,$213.something for me and $185.something for my daugther.just bring your kid's vaccine record at sila magdedecide kung ano bibigay nila sayo.always remember your first day of your last period dahil lagi nilang itatanong yan.if your kid(s) had primary complex,ask for a medical certificate at dapat naka indicate everything,dosage,name ng mga gamot,at ilang buwan.my kid's 4y/o na pero nagka primary complex cya nung 1yr 8mos siya.nagpositive din siya sa PPD,12mm nga kanya.i think bibigyan siya ng mga meds when we get to u.s..ang mahirap,makitaan ng spot sa x-ray ang adult.mga kids kasi d naman nakakahawa.lastly,it helps alot to do your homework while waiting like reading blogs like this,but most importantly,pray!!!ako kasi,mga almost one year nakong inuubo dahil sa allergies,believe it or not,allergic daw ako sa umaga(LOL).anyways,thank God clear naman kami sa St. Lukes.kaya [textspeak!],nagreresearch ako ulit kung pano makakakuha ng interview kahit d pa narerecieve ang appointment letter.help me naman if you know anyone na nagawa yun!thanks!

^pwede pala yun. so paid na yung visa nyo & nag-submit na kayo ng civil docs? after kasi mag-submit, 6-8 weeks may appointment na. so hintayin mo lang.

I was petitioned by my father under F1 category but since I'm married now naging F3 na so that means kasama na sa petition hubby ko at anak namin what I did was sumulat ako sa NVC informing them of the change of my status, also, I've mailed to the NVC our marriage cert. & son's birth cert. ...'

Saka my question ako: Is it true that Social Security # will be issued to you included in your visa packet? Unlike before na when you arrive in US,kaw magaasikaso ng SS, Is this right?

Sa Pinas pa din sis, 1996 ang PD namin,March 1995 pa lang pinoprocess sa F3. If you dont mind,may i ask when is your PD. Log-in failed na kami dun sa check status online, sabi ng NVC we wait for our PD to be current,since di pa kami current,not accesible yung status namin.
 
May question po ako: Is it possible na habang nagaantay ma-case complete,tapos merong employer sa US ang nag job offer sayo,sila magaayos ng working visa,papayag ba ang consul? Ipoprocess pa din kaya yung pending case ng immigration mo? Kaya ko po naitanong kasi yung husband ko,meron ng nagaantay na work sa US, eh parang gusto nung company,within the first quarter ng 2011 makapunta na si hubby sa US, eh di pa case complete visa namin. Gusto namin sana itanong sa NVC to kaya lang we have encountered several not-so-accomodating customer officers lately.

My PD is 2001 so more patient pa sis... hehe 

May i know sis kung who is the beneficiary sa petition ninyo? kasi sa pagkakaalam ko ang hindi pwede if you apply a tourist.

Ano ba visa category ng magiging work ni hubby u sa US? check mo na rin sa employment based kung current sia sis and dependents kayo

but sis wait ninyo na lang kaya ang petition mo?..hehe..' 1995 na pinaprocess di ba so 1996 sa inyo...lapit na yan...'
