Going to the US: I-130 Petition (Spouse/Immediate Relative)-Part 2

My husband and I are about to start filing the I-130 petition papers. Since we are doing it ourselves (masyadong mahal ang singil ng lawyer hehe), I'm very glad na I stumbled upon this thread, its been very helpful and informative.

I do have one question. Sa I-130 instruction file, ang sabi is if you are residing in CA, you must send it to a lockbox facility, tapos nakalagay doon yung address. As I'm reading the threads, I have seen people mention about a California Service Center. Kaunti nalilito ako about these two addresses, baka anyone out there can tell me anong difference between the two and kung saan ba talaga dapat isubmit yung forms and requirements?

Hi Sis! what's your category? because i'm turning 28 already this year. as per my calculation over age na rin ko for CSPA. when was your petition date and when was the visa approved?

mga sis..my bf's petition got approved na..but the priority date is sobrang matagal pa...2005 sya eh...so ilang years pa antayin namin...can he apply for tourist visa?  what are his chances? sabe kasi dun sa pinag consultan namin...may chance naman daw...kasi mga 7 yrs pa naman antayin..pero pag mga 1-3 yrs na lang..medyo malabo na daw ma approve ng tourist visa...how true kaya yung sinasabe nya?  i need your advice please please...gusto ko sana isama si bf sa NY...para ma meet nya na dad ko...thanks!

wow, ang tagal nga. coz our petition date is August 1988.. how would you know when was the petition approved. yun b yung notice date? coz when i said it to the immigration lawyer mukhang mali yung date coz holiday daw yun.. sana ako rin makasama pa rin ..

update mga sis, may dumating na checklist, police clearance kulang daw.

kami lang ng husband ko yung may kulang, pero hindi naka indicate kung may kulang or complete yung sa anak ko. pano kaya un? pero lahat kami naka receive ng checklist sa email.

meron nabang na -deny due to insufficient support? ano ginawa niyo? my aunt kasi hindi daw uusad yung papers nila dahil sa insufficient support.

ano bang basis ng immigration para i-declare ang insufficient support? natakot tuloy ako bigla about sa petition namin..
