kay olive kung us citizen c hubby mo I think less than a year maaaproved na. mag tatagal lang kung may problema sa papers nyo.

sis evsrol, feb 16 ko submit Ds230 ko with the docs..ncase complete me nung march 3 so 15 days sis..so 2weeks.. F2a category ba [textspeak!] sinasabi u sis na nakuha agad appointment for interview...bka naman citizen asawa sis kc pag ganun pag once na case complete hndi u na kelangan na hntayin maging currenct [textspeak!] PD u..dirediretso na [textspeak!] kming LPR ang asawa wait pa namin maging current PD namin sis...ok lang sis at least na case complete na...

alam ko nga mas mabilis daw pag US citizen ang nag petition sayo.

would you know ba kunwari hindi sumabay dad ko dun sa petition ng mom ko, does that mean my dad has to reapply? or puede [textspeak!] nya i-delay na wag muna magbayad nung $400?

about dito sis alam ko another petition un, kung yung mother mo lang talaga ang nandun sa napetition. parang sa case ng son ko, if hindi sya umabot another petition.

Update mga sis. nakausap ng sister ko yung sa NVC. ok pa daw yung sa son ko kahit pa 5days daw before sya mag bday, as long as nainform sila within 60days ok daw, and kinuha na yung name ng anak ko and once daw na nareceive na yung documents, madali na daw yun. nasabi na din sa sister ko na possible daw before his bday mag interview na kasi dapat na sa states na sya before mag 21.

korek dapat sis bago sya mag 21 wala na siya sa pinas kapag naiwan siya aabutin siya ng 10 to 12 years bago siya makapunta sa u.s

mga sis i have another question, diba NBI an police clearance? dun sa #30 question sa ds230 yung mga list ng places you have lived for six months, for example nag stay kami sa QC 2yrs, pasay 1yr, p'que 6yrs, lahat ba ng place na yan kukuhanan ko ng police clearance? and nag work ako sa Saudi for 2yrs mga 1980's pa, kailangan ko din ba kumuha ng police clearance dun?

any advice mga sis.

sis lahat ng mga tinirahan mo need mo kumuha ng mga police clearance or nbi. kung san ka nanirahan ng six months. kung kukuha ka ng clearance. dapat nbi at police meron ka sa tinirahan mo..para dalawang clearance mayroon ka.
wala ako idea kung kasama pa din ba yung nag work ka sa saudi at dun ka tumira...

Sis, ang alam ko isang police clearance lang ang kailangan mo kasi QC, Pasay and Paranaque are all here naman in Philippines.... diba kahit sa Cavite ka pa kumuha as long as may record ka malalaman pa rin nila kasi computerized ang system na ginagamit nila...

Yun lang ang pagkakaalam ko ha, pls correct me if I'm wrong.

My husband files for me last July 2008.... This year naaproved na petisyon niya for me March 2010... so in 2 yrs time lang naapproved na, now I'm just waiting na maging current yung PD namin.

Mas mabilis talaga kapag citizen yung husband kasi hindi na kailangang magintay pa ng available visa, pero kapag LPR naman yung husband for me dapat lang na magfile na kaysa antayin pa na maging citizen yung husband kasi bago mangyari yun it will took 5 yrs din, then magapply pa siya ng citezenship.... so all in all baka less than 6 yrs din yun umabot...

Marami na ako nabasa na less than 4 yrs lang nakaalis na sila, mas nauna pa sila namakarating dun kaysa maging citizen husband nila.

ginawa ko nagpadala ako ng form na may signature lang pwede naman i-type nalang ng sister ko. ask nia din sa NVC kung pano yung sa pag stay ko sa saudi.

mga sis ask ko lang, may dumating kc n RFE sa hubby ko, nasa list yung xerox ng passport nya saka yung certificate of naturalization nya. eh wala p kc passport c hubby last oct lang kc cya naging citizen wala [textspeak!] cya balak pumunta ibang bansa kya hindi p cya kumuha kaya yung certificate of naturalization lang meron cya.. pwede n kaya yung certificate lang? within 3weeks kc dapat mapasa n nya.

sis need mo talaga kumuha ng clearance kung san ka mga tumira sundin mo ang ang instruction nila..mahirap na baka maraming delay alam mo naman sa embassy masyado sila mahigpit pagdating sa mga requirements..
para hindi ka na pablik balik..

Hello mga sis! Please help, I'm the petitioner and regarding the DS 3032 Choice of Agent if applicant dont assign a choice of agent all transactions will be mailed to my address right? if so another question, when I mail I-864 then the DS 230 with the document cover sheet, where do I send it? To NVC or the Consulate there in Manila? With the Bar code thing on top in DS 3032, where do I get that? Will the form my beneficiary get has the bar code already? Or will NVC put a bar code on it when they received it? It said to place Case Barcode strip there before mailing, so, please...Please clarify...TIA!

I Hope I get some answer here...
