Mga sis, sa mga nabasa ko sa inyo andali nyo natanggap ang NOA2 ninyo.. yun husband ko nagapply ng I-130 last May 2008 pa, until now wala pa kami narecieve na NOA2...

bat kaya ganun mga sis???

citizen ba hubby mo or permanent resident? kasi kung permanent resident medio my katagalan talaga

happy holidays,mga sisters! ako ay nagbalik at muli kayong nasilayan! haha! anyway,may mga katanungan ako. ang hubby ko may na receive na notice of approval ba yun or nao2.hay nakakalito,parehas lang ba yun?dapat ba nakasaad dun ang MNLxxxxxx number or separate na letter yun? and if ever,anong klaseng letter matatanggap ko once may natanggap na siyang letter of approval? may mga nabasa ako dito na ang bilis ng kanila even if it is not yet their pd.namamangha ako,i didn't know possible yun...reply naman mga filipina sisters! salamat!xoxo

happy new year everyone! i got a letter from nvc with our case number (mnlxxxxxxxx).it states in the letter na there are no visa numbers available pa daw.visa bulletin is currently processsing pd jan.06.ours is jan.08 but i noticed medyo mabilis ang movent ng mga pd.mga ilang years pa kaya aantayin namin?hay buhay...help me!thanks!

^more or less 2 years siguro sis... pero sana mas mapabilis...

thank GOD talaga kasi hindi nagpositive ang son ko sa x-ray nia kasi yung sa skin test as in super laki ng reaction sa kanya...buti nalang tapos na worth it naman ang pagod at pabalik balik sa st.lukes...sa feb. 02 na ang interview namin sana naman wag masyado madami tanong sakin pray pray pray...

kelan ba dapat magaapply ng petition ang hubby ko? pag naka 5 yrs na siya dun? greencard holder na siya then mag 3yrs na din siya dun... ano ba dapat gawin? pero di pa kame kasal

^mapepetition ka nia as fiancee kapag citizen na cia kasi hindi pa kayo kasal..so 3 months before cia mag5 yrs magapply na cia ng N-400(citizenship) after nia maging citizen pwede ka na nia petition as fiancee

ang tagal ko magback read. si Hubby ko F2B status inabot ng 12 years. dumating na yung affidavit of support ($70 fee) so start na ko magbilang. waahh....

anyone here na kasabay nya, like 1998 petition pa?

yung approval depende na yung sa how fast the processing. sa akin after 2 years na approved from the submission. den 4-5 yrs waiting time na naging current yung visa ko.

sis cha-cha i got my interview date na. hayy. after all the waiting time. dumating na din at last yung interview packet. approved yung CSPA ko.

nagback read ako sa thread.. i would like to clarify sa medical appointment. what laboratory ba yung kinukuha? yung immunization? wala na kasi akong record. i asked my pediatrician before nadispose na nila yung records kasi more than 10 yrs na. do i have to take all the vaccines listed. thanks in advance.

by the way my medical appointment is this feb.11, 2010.

ask ko lang ilang buwan bago nakuha ng husband mo yung green card???
dapat nung nakuha nya na yung green card nag file na sya ng petetion sayo.yun ang nabasa ko dito kung tama ba yun..

ang tagal before na approve

i thought ilang months lang. inaantay na lang namin ni hubby ang marriage contract tapos mag ffile na din siya ng i-130.

if us citizen hubby mo. mas mabilis. it takes months lang yung approval and within a year or two makakapunta ka na sa US..

^matagal nga sis..based from experience..2 years din before kami nakareceive ng notice of approval..tapos after ilang months..nakareceive naman kami ng notice regarding affidavit of support..pinapagbayad na si hubby..sabi nila pag nareceive na daw yun..malapit na...ewan ko lang din..ayoko maniwala..kasi ayoko umalis..
