sis, hindi ako ang pinetition. andito na ako sa US. yung sister ko ang pinetition ng mom ko na permanent resident ang status ngayon. F2B ang category ang sa sis ko.

may babayaran ka sa st.lukes yung medical mo. peso ang bayarin doon, hindi tumatangap ng dollar bill dun.
tapos depende pa sa rate ng dollar kung magkano ang babayaran mo dun.

sasabihin naman nila don kung ano step ang pupuntahan mo.

yung notice of action 5 years ago pinadala yun.medyo matagal kaya inabot ako ng 12 years bago dumating mga application ko for immigrant. f2b ang category ko. yung sis mo ba nung penetetion as sinlge pa ba sya??

oic. kase katatanggap lang namin ng approval letter. so in 5 years pa pala magkakaroon ulit ng movement yung petition.

hi everyone .i just really am confused and i hope you could help me with this.my mom is a PR in the US and she recently inquired thru a helpline in the USCIS whats the easiset way to get me to the US. Im over 22 years old.i was aged out kasi kaya di ako nakasama kay ma. so she asked and sinabi nung agent that she should petition me as petition for an alien relative.and when my mom asked if its the same with being under F2B which is the category for unmarriend sons/daughter over 21 years of age sabi nung agent its not. when she will petition me dw as alien relative and maapprove in 3-6months yung processing daw will take 1 year-2 years at most.and makakapunta ako sa US the thing nga [textspeak!] daw is pagdating ako US dun palang ako makakaapply for a green card.so medyo matatagalan daw to work.anyone knows about this process?kasi baka feeling ko mafafall din ako sa F2b eh ang tagal waiting.and im getting hopeless already.

@rotap - sis, the petitioner called the NVC number after 90 days of receiving the approval letter.  no available visas pa daw. they really cant give the timeline kung kelan pa magkakaron ulet.

nakaka frustrate mga sisters.

I dont know kung ilang pages pero Notice of Approval po. Yung nakalagay ang WAC.. yun ang na receive ng petitioner last august.. pero yung pinetition, wala pa nare receive until now.

ganyan din kasi nangyari sa case dati ni hubby pero there's no harm in trying di ba kasi baka may iba na nga din na process for someone like you na over 21 years of age.

yung petetion ko f2b almost 12 years ako nag antay.
1997 ako penetetion nag antay ako ng approval ng 5 yrs. diko lang alam kung ganun pa rin katagal ang process nila ng approval. f2b ang category ko.

baket po ganun? 1997 po ang petition, f2b din. kakarating lang ng approval letter nung august 2009.  year 1998 naging 21 yrs old ang pinetition so nag re petition. baket ngayn lang dumating ang approval letter? huhuhu..

marami po kasi nag apply ng petetion kaya po siguro ganun katagal. yung lang ang pagkakalam ko ha..

pero kapag may dumating ulit sulat galing nvc sigurado sunod sunod na yung mga letter ang ipapapdala sa inyo.

no sis im not referring to cspa.hindi ako qualified yung kinompute age ko aged out ako ng 2 months.geez.then tumawag si ma sa uscis helpline 2 tao nakausap niya and same tlg sinabi, na if i want to be there faster,ipetition na ako ni ma and apply a petition for an alien relative.tapos at most six months ang approval then at most in two years makakapunta daw ako dun,ang pagkaiba daw is pagdating ko sa US dun plang daw ako magaapply ng green card.but theres a process daw na kahit pgakapetition is may babayaran para dederecho na na makapply na greencard.,yun naman sabi.ill tell u more details about it mga sis once tumwag si ma.kasi nagaask pa siya mga opinion sa kakilala naming immigrant lawyers dun.medyo vague pa ngaun on what those people from the uscis helpline had told us.

sa mga nakapagpa medical na,kinukuha ba talaga yung passport during the medical sa st. luke's? iiwan ba yung passport sa kanila and they'll be the one to submit sa Embassy or dala dala ko passport ko after the medical?thanks

yes kukunin nila yan pagkatapos ng medical mo iforward nila sa embassy. pagkatapos interview mo ipapadala nila yan sa bahay mo..


mga sis sino na po sa inyo dito nakapag seminar sa PDOS ano po pala requirements doon??
