^after mo masubmit ds230,keep inquiring sa NVC if case complete na..after the case has been completed, 8weeks after me appointment letter na..check na lang sis my timeline, i posted it here..and also, the timeline varies din kasi depende din sa availability ng visa if current na or hindi pa..

thanks sis, we have waited 4yrs and 6months to be exact..so long...my hubby is not citizen thats why..pero kung citizen hubby mo, less than a year lang ang processing..yun pinsan ko, 7months lang..ngayon ata mas mabilis daw...

thanks! di rin citizen si hubby....pero sana hindi naman masyado maging matagal..

kapag  mag- i-inquire ba sa NVC, hindi ba makaka delay yun sa processing ng papers?

and pag mag-i-inquire ba kailangan bang sabihin lahat ng information like sponsor's name, beneficiary, case number, etc.? or ok na yung case number lang?

(1) lumipat [textspeak!] husband ko ng house, do he need to inform the USCIS about that kahit na sa post ay nagiba na sya ng address.. o magkaiba un?

(2)May 2008 nag file ng petition ang husband ko para sa akin... immigrant sya at kasl kami. NOA1 pa lang ang receive nya, dapat ba by this time my NOA2 na din kami na hawak???

hi I'll be having my interview on Nov. 24 ...nalilito naman ako sa medical exams..kase i asked mom kung me vaccination na ako...ni isa wala pala...our st. lukes fee is 214 ( forgot the exact amount  ) does this include the vaccinations needed? or should i have the vaccines i need outside st. lukes...thank you i hope someone will help me on this .

haloo sis cha-cha sa interview ninyo? did the consul asked you to present a birth certificate from your petitioner? kailangan ba to? if incase iba yung name ng petitioner sa NSO and sa kanyang documents??

mga sis, i have a problem, wala pa akong appointment na narereciv eh current na sa october ang case ko.. ok lang ba kung tatawag ako embassy para i confirm kung may schedule ako dun? ano number dapt tawagan pag mag i-inquire ka para sa schedule ng interview?

hi sis! sa case ko naman hindi naman ako hiningan ng birth certificate ng petitioner...pero be ready na rin just in case..i just dunno about dun sa iba yun record sa NSO at sa documents...wala pa ko naririnig na ganito case e...sorry ha, I couldnt be of help...

im pretty sure this october marereciv mo notice from NVC bout document processing... basta ready mo na mga documents mo.

dito pa ko Pinas sis..sa Oct14 pa kami alis..i have attended the Pre-departure Orientation/Seminar yesterday..tapos na lahat ng dapat gawin at waiting na lang ng pag-alis, hehe!..good luck sis sa processing mo, sana wala maging problem..kung me tanong ka pa, don't hesitate to ask...

ano priority date mo sis? yun sa kin kasi it took almost a year bago ako nakaalis from the date na nareceive yun approval from NVC..Oct14,2008 na-aapprove yun sa kin, tas Sept17, 2009 naiissuehan ng USvisa..so hopefully, within the next few months e me mga narereceive ka na docs...however, kahit naman approve na yun petition mo, tapos hindi pa rin current yung priority date mo accdg sa Visa Bulletin, hindi ka pa rin makakareceive ng mga docs..ano ba category mo?

hello po, i don't know if this is the proper thread for me to post my queries but i'm still hopeful na matutulungan nyo kmi, actually this is the problem of my friend, the thing is she has a TNT brother in the US, then, her mother wants to renew her visa together with her brother's wife and kids and naka set na pala ang interview nila sa embassy next month,..naisip kasi namin na for sure kailangan nila idisclose ang name ng father ng mga bata, the problem is TNT nga sya sa US, ano po ba yung pinaka ok na gawin? hindi na lang kukuha ng visa [textspeak!] asawa ng kuya nya pati [textspeak!] mga anak? baka kc tanungin sila kung nasaan ang tatay ng mga bata at mahuli pa...
