hi sis lovey! yah, my interview was over and it went fine..actually, hindi ko na nafeel yun kaba sa kahahabol sa aking kiddo..casual naman yun interview, like we were having a small talk..ask lang nya ang mga dates ng wedding, bdays at arrival ni hubby ko sa US..he also asked kung nakatravel nako outside PI..yun lang..ok na sana lahat kaso me hiningi pa addl docs sa kin like NBI..yun kasi nasa birth cert ko e mispelled un maide name ko, altho corrected na ng NSO, gusto nila gawin kong a.k.a. un mispelled maiden name ko at mag appear sa NBI..ok na naman at nasubmit ko na sa embassy..waiting na lang ng visa now..sept15 ko nasubmit to be exact...sabi nila, pag ganung case na me hiningi na addl docs, mejo delayed ang issue ng visa for like 3weeks...

anyone having the same experience..?

hi cha-cha.. F2A ako.. may 05, 2005 kasi sakin, kakalabas lang priority date ng october (may-june 2005).. ilang araw kaya bago ako makareciv ng appointment letter?

buti ka pa tapos na. kelan ka na interview sis? un lang ba ang mga tinanong sa u? did the consul asked u bout cemar? =)

hmmnn..dapat me appointment letter ka na kasi current na yun visa mo next month..dapat nga August mo pa nareceive appointment letter mo e..check your email..sa email na kasi sila nakikipacommunicate. wala ako nareceive na actual letter from them, sa email instead..or better call US embassy manila..or check their website and input your priority number. Baka kasi naforward na yun case mo dito sa Manila.

problema ko nga rin [textspeak!] e-mail address ko, rncj08 kasi baka napagkamalang mcj08..

dalawa yun sis..una sa pre-screening muna, wherein dun mo ibibigay yun mga proofs of relp, isubmit mo na din un CEMAR kasi hinahanap din nila yun..yun sa kin hindi nila hinanap pero nakita nila sa compilation ko, kaya hiningi na rin...sa consul wala ka na ibibigay kasi nakuha na ng prescreener..sila magfoforward ng mga binigay mo sa consul..

backread lang sis..

inquire ka sa embassy manila, sigurado meron ka na schedule, dapat nakapagpamedical ka na rin e...go inquire before its too late...

sa isang folder pinagsama-sama mo ba dun [textspeak!] nbi, police clearance, marriage and birth cert. including cemar?

bakit ganun, tumawag hubby ko sa NVC para i correct [textspeak!] e-mail add ko, tapos sabi daw ng operator, wait daw kami til 2nd week of october pasa sa appointment.

sis magkano babayaran sa medical?

nung tinanong sa u kung kelan dumating asawa u sa US, sinabi mo ba yung buong date or just the year only?

sis cha, sana di ka magsawang mag reply sa mga questions ko.

^before the interview, prepare mo na lang yun mga proofs of rel'p..line fon calls,remittances,letters,card,email,chat logs..kahit hindi nakafolder dahil i-slip mo yun sa window ng pre-screener..un sa kin nga nakasliding folder pa, pero useless dahil tinanggal ko din..yun NBI,police, birth cert, iready mo nalang just in case pero hindi yun hihingin sa yo..CEMAR ang possibleng hingin din..

medical fee: $213.35 for adults (15 years or older); and $185.35 for children (14 years or younger). FEES MUST BE PAID ONLY IN PHILIPPINE PESOS at the prevailing exchange rate. Fees are subject to change.

sinabi ko yun buong date ng arrival ni hubby sa US..more specific, the better.

congrats sis. wow. nice to hear that. my category was move pala from f2a to f2b. kaya pala i havent received any updates na. so im preparing for a written request to opt out my category. to retain my f2a kasi applicable pa sa akin ang cspa. hayyy. sana tuloy-tuloy nato. hoping and praying. goodluck sis.

i see, so ganun pala nangyari sa case mo...habulin mo nga yun f2a, kasi super tagal ng waiting mo pag f2b..sana maayos na yan at tuloy tuloy na..so pano yun, since matagal na naging current ata prioirty date mo, ano ang magiging process kaya nyan? mabilis na naman siguro ano...

well, 1998 pa ang priority date. mine is 2003 so long wait talga if we will not make appeal sa embassy. di na daw sa nvc magpapafile. anyways, we are trying to make opt out. madali na lang daw kasi we have submitted the instruction packet na. after submitting daw the opt out written request. wait nlng daw for the interview n medical packet. hayyy. sana it will goes smoothly na.
