hi! i've received this morning our appointment letter thru email about our visa interview..thank God, coz we've been waiting for this..hindi ko ineexpect kasi by August ang visa bulletin e for those applicants w/priority date before 15Jan..yun sa min kasi e 28March.so expect ko by Nov pa magiging current yun visa namin..anyway, anyone same situation like mine? say, after the interview, at hindi pa rin current yun visa namin accdg sa visa bulletin, magrirelease pa din ba sila ng visa kahit hindi based sa bulletin? worried kasi ako, baka maya napaaga yun interview namin, tas ang tagal pa nila bago mairelease yun visa mismo..

haloo sis cha-cha. im quite confused about my petition visa na. last march when i submitted the documents, NVC emailed me na previously current na daw yung visa ko. what to do bah? do i have to follow-up about it? or need a lawyer to make it faster? or leave it all until the NVC will notify me. im going 22 na this oct. do i have to adjust my category. am so confused....

i see, dati na naging current yung visa mo..ano ba yun huli mo nareceive na notification from NVC? kasi yun sa min, after namin na masubmit yun Ds230 and some req'd docs--after few days [textspeak!] around 1-2weeks, pinatawag ko hubby ko sa NVC (not just AVR ha, but a human operator) to check if receive na nila yun docs, fortunately naman nareceive na nila and case complete na..tas eto nga, nareceive na namin appt letter thru email after 2months

yung sa yo, honestly,haven't encountered one yet, pero im worried bout your age, kasi 21 ka na..sakop ka ba ng CSPA ba yun, yun protection sa age? i advise you backread sa thread na to bout age..dapat kasi before ka nag21 andun ka na..i also suggest na tumawag ka sa NVC bout your case, use PLDT  budget card para mas mura..kung kaya mo pang asikasuhin alone, wag ka na mura hire atty, mejo mahal sila e..

after i send the documents, i received an email na previously current na yun visa ko. feb.2 2008 naging current yun visa ko. im still covered until feb. 2 2009 however, last march 12, 2009 ko pa nareceived yung instruction packet. which is beyond feb. 2, 2009. so im kinda confused. we've tried to consult a lawyer sa US. we need to re appeal daw in order to be in Child Protection which is resubmitting of all the required documents. however, my dad wont cooperate on this because he thinks its better to wait for the NVC.

one thing if not current ba meaning terminated na yun?

mga sis,my hubby is a US Citizen and yung petition samin ng daughter ko was approved na just the other day based on our online inquiry at uscis site,ask ko lang,based sa experience nyo w/the same type of petition,ilan months inabot from the time the petition was approved up to the time na nakuha nyo na your visa given na walang problem sa mga documents/requirements...tia:)

kasi my dad told me not to follow up kasi yan daw makakabagal sa process. so after paying the packet iv which is 400dollars. wait ako till the nvc will mail the next packet. till last march, i decided to inquire about it. di ko kasi nanotice na 1yr lang to complete it. i should have follow up. hayyy... kainis ng dad ko. kasi he told me not to. grrr... thats why. so terminated na visa?

^kelan nabayaran yun $400? pano ba nya binayaran yun, online? kasi ganun din nangyari sa kin, I mean, 1month na nakabayad si hubby pero ala pa rin dumadating sa kin packet..yun pala, once nagbayad ka thru Online, automatice, pede mo na idownload yun mga forms..anyway, Im not sure if pede pa ma-appeal yun...waste no time girl, go ahead and call NVC...i'm sure me way pa yan..if your dad is too busy to make a call, then you do it...sayang ang opportunity..and pera of course

no. di kailangan ng urine test sa bata. you just need to bring all the health records of your son (vaccination, if ever nagkaron na cya ng primary complex, nag-treat na ba cya, need den ang records for this).  ang usual eh skin test then pag suspicious yung result, tsaka lang ipapa-x-ray.  madami nga nagko-comment bakit di na lang diretso x-ray eh masakit yata yung tuberculin (skin) test. ganun daw talaga procedure nila. pareho kayong ipi-physical exam, yung whole body na need mo mag-undress, di bale girl naman doctor pag girl ka. ikaw lang ang me urine at blood test kase check nila kung pregnant ka and yung blood tets naman para sa HIV.  Kung okay naman ang result ng lahat then diretso na for vaccination.

pwede ka rin magsama ng Yaya para di ka mahirapan pag ikaw naman yung kailangan i-physical exam. pinapayagan naman nila na makapasok ang Yaya.  hope this helps. Good luck!

^hi sis! I believe IR category nyo..and your hubby filed separately for you and your daughter since ganun ang category nyo

as far as I know, it will take 8-10months process..it depends, because you guys wont need to wait for availability of visa...once nakatanggap ka na ng Choice of Agent or DS-3032 ata, tuloy tuloy na yun, months na lang bibilangin nyo mag ina...goodluck!

so, tuberculin test at physical exam lang yun sa son ko...at sa physical exam, siguro naman same doctor(female-I prefer) na yun magtitingin sa min no, regardless of the gender since child naman sya...

hello mga sis. my mom's f2b petition to my sister was approved! thank God kase we only filed this 2 years ago. based on your experience, what are the next steps we will have to go through and how long is the wait from approval to getting a visa (pareho ng question ni municat). Thanks in advance.
