ano ba sis priority date mo? ako kasi march2005, so mga 8months pa nga ang waiting ko, since July2004 ang nasa visa bulletin ngayon, tama ba? so I assumed ang priority date mo e Jan2004?

my priority date was May 18, 2004.

Feb.24 kami na-interview so after a month na naging current tsaka kami na-interview.

im lovey pala. 21y.o. i have some questions to ask. my priority date is march 2003. my petition category is f2a based. i received the choice of agent packet twice. i first did'nt write my lola as my agent. then second time i did write her as my agent. the agent should be the petitioner ba? or its ok anybody as long as i choose her as my agent. then, i received the packet which told me to pay for the iv fee which is 400 dollars so my lola paid 400$ after i forward the packet to her. how long will it take to received the d 23o packet or the iv packet? last sept. 17, 2008 nya binayaran yun. wala pa rin kc akong updates. am 21 y.o na pala. will my age affect the delay of the process? my lola told me na there was a new law about aging out. how will i inquire about my case? help me. -tia

are you sure na f2a category ka? kasi f2a category is for spouses and children of legal permanent residents. ako kasi f2a priority date ko is may 2004 and tapos na ang interview ko. ikaw nasa march 2003 ang priority date pero nasa choice of agent ka pa lang?

Hello! ask ko lang mga sisses, when ba i secure ang humanitarian revalidation? My uncle received a letter na pwede na siya mag pay for processing ng $400, the case is patay na petitioner niya. There is this thing called Humanitarian revalidation daw. Can we get this before processing for visa or we should pay first and then seek for this. Thanks sa mga inputs!

yup... f2a category ko. thats why im wondering whats going on na. last feb.2, 2008 kc we just received a letter from nvc if il continue pa daw sa petition kc i havent contact them. last contact ko daw was aug. 1, 2005. so i send them a reply asap. then i got another packet dated last march 24, 2008 which enclosed the choice of agent. but i received it last june 2008. so delayed. then i didnt put any choice of agent. there goes another packet same entry as b4. choice of agent pa rin so my aunt decided to put my lola on it as my agent. but shes not my petitioner. my dad is the petitioner. then after 2months, i received a packet sa iv fee which is $400. so i send the packet sa lola ko to pay for it. she paid it last september 2008.then till now wala pa rin updates. how to inquire the status of my petition? does my age affect my delay? kc am 21 y.o na.

"PAID" na yun status sa online payment...ipi-print ko na ba yun cover sheet, then ipapadala ko na sa NVC? yun lang ba ang padadala ko or magdadownload nako ng DS230 and fill it up? naguguluhan ata ako ngayon, dati kasi ako ang nag asikaso sa parents ko sa mga papers nila puntang US, now that I am in the situation na, parang nangangapa na ko..just confused...

follow up question...me separate form ba ng DS230 si 2yr old son ko? di pa rin kasi sya na-aadd sa petition e...

well actually, kahit naman hindi petitioner yun choice of agent mo,in my case kasi, i do not appoint an agent, i chose myself to be an agent. yun nga lang, i should have chosen my hubby who's the petitioner para mas madali yung pagdating ng mga docs since nasa US na sya

anyways, i dont have an idea rin kung kelan dadating ang susunod na packet after paying $400...what confused me is, when i printed the document cover sheet for $400, ang sabi e ang next step magrefer sa link provided sa rcpt page para sa applications process, pero kapag naman binasa mo yun instructions dun, magwait daw muna ng notification ng NVC before doing any action so as to avoid any delay sa processing, so ano susundin ko...ang hubby ko rin, hindi pa makapagprovide ng affidavit of support kasi nga wala pang notification froom NVC..dapat ba talaga maghintay ng notification? or magproceed na lang based sa cover sheet? sis baby_doll, pano yun case mo?

kami we waited for the notification kasi it will cause delay daw pag walang notification.

When we read the list of requirements for CR1, it lists Certificate of Marriage on an NSO paper, which I have matagal na. So I guess I'm perfectly fine.

Crossing my fingers that everything turns out well. Interview on March 11.

i emailed the nvc last week to inquire the status of my case because its been a while. gusto ko may update kc. sana it wont affect the processing. and sana dumating yun notification asap. how long ba normally ang waiting time for the notification to come?

cr1 un status ko when i got here sa u.s that was May 2007 kaya mageexpire n un greencard ko this May.But before it happens nasubmit ko na yun application ko for renewal kaya mga sis sa mga kagaya ko be sure na marami ko yun proof ni hubby like autoloans with your both names on it,certification of rental, ..etc.
