It depends kung anong nakalagay sa NOA2. Minsan kase they will require some documents to be sent again, tulad sa case namen before paulet ulet kame nagsend ng birth certificate at affidavit of support kase nawawala ng USCIS.

They have specific instructions on NOA that varies from case to case.

It depends kung ikaw ang "agent" of the case. I am not sure kung meron sayo ipapadala, I cannot remember but normally kaya it is advised na dapat taga US ang agent para hindi matagal ang waiting time ng mail.

sis kasabay ba ng noa2 yung case number?? and once ba na nareceive yung noa2 maghihintay pa rin?? mga ilang months naman bago ko mareceive yung packet?? sis pasensya na kung makulit [textspeak!] hehe

k3 kc ako kya non-immigrant pa visa ko.  Dun na lang namin daw process lahat yung AOS, makaalis lang daw ako khit mag-antay ng matagal at least magkasama na kme.  un nga lang apply pa ko work permit dahil sa status ko.  Sana pag dating dun eh mabilis nman process nla ng AOS. 

yung question mo...tingin ko sis kailangan nia muna change status to immigrant bago cia pwede mag-petition.  Pero un nga lang mata2galan talaga.  I'm not sure though if gaano pa katagal process, Alam ko talaga years, pag di pa Citizen status ng petitioner.

I suggest you check websites like the USCIS' and visajourney for you to have an idea, the ideal processing of I-130 is 6 months according to USCIS' projection but it is really a case to case basis,( esp if the one petitioning is not a US citizen yet, for residents petitioning tru I-130 I think it normally takes 3 years) our petition (my hubby is a citizen) took 9 months all in all.

Gurls, help kasi yun friend ko may sched na sa embassy this 26 of Aug. and wala pa sa kanya yun appointment packet nya.. when they called NVC sabi bibigyan daw sya ng copy sa St.Lukes pagpapamedical nya and she's coming from all the way from Olongapo pa.. db kailangan ipakita yun schedule upon going to St. kes.. papasukin kaya sya? tnx...

Nope Sister, hindi sya papasukin. They are very strict on that. Take my word.

^^ im not sure pero parang i read somewhere na nasa database nila yung yung mga list ng nakschedule for interview kaya malalaman nila kung qualified siya pamedical na.

mas mabuti siguro antayin niya yung documents para sigurado basta may mga 2 weeks siya before interview sa embassy pag magpamedical sya para kung may problema man e di magahol sa oras.

Aside from the packet itself, naka database nga and mga info. Sa security guard pa lang, you have to give them a copy of the packet. They will even check the details like the name and date kase hindi papapasukin ang hindi inlcluded sa packet unless may kasama kang child mo, then pwede may isang companion.

tell your friend to print out a copy pag check yung status sa website ng embassy para makapag pamedical siya. you dont have to have the actual copy para pumunta sa st lukes.

believe me this dahil it happened to my sister and her kids just a year ago and I was there dahil sinamahan ko sila. come aug 26, for sure asa kanya na yun. tell your friend not to worry makukuha niya din yun.

Kailngan po ba nang birth certificate pag mag aaply nang US Citizenship or pag i-pepetition yung spouse from the Philippines? Im currently a Green Card holder (Permanent resident)


Also mas ok po ba hintaying maging citizen first bago i=petition ang spouse or can I do it now as a greencard holder?



I would appreciate any input on this matter.

can someone who's petition (from a sibling) was just approved bring his fiance along? will the visa be that quick to process?

I don't think he can bring his fiance along. There is no category that an in-law to be can petition the fiance of his sibling. Unless the sibling will gain his permanent residency, then he will personally can petition his fiance.
