g-325a should be filled out by the petitioner and the relative/s.
please make sure to double check or do thorough research and not rely only on what we say here. kung baga, povs lang at mga suggestions dito. mahirap na yung pabalik balik yung mga papers niyo

If you are a US Citizen and you are filing on behalf of your spouse, there is no need for your spouse to file an I-539 Application to Extend Nonimmigrant Status because there is an immediately available visa for immediate relatives of US Citizens (which is the very reason why you can file the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative and the I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status).

You can also file an I-765 Application for Employment Authorization.

^yea thats what they told me, na maghintay nalang. I just had to make sure na baka ma out of status siya since we had no idea at first. 765 485 130 even the 131 were all sent in na.

^pati 485? how long ago na ba? in my case it only took 3 wks sa pagsend ng applications sa biometrics appointment.

baka yung notice na natanggap lang ng uscis yung mga papers.
nasa biometrics palang kame, so we still dont know kung gaano pa katagal ang waiting period para sa interview. i hope hindi na ganon katagal, inip na hubby gusto na magwork.

pero ive read a few naman sa visa journey, hindi man sila nainterview basta naka receive lang sa mail na approved na at nakuha yung work authorization

^ when i was petitioned, the next day after my biometrics nakuha ko na working permit ko. pero yung interview or greencard matagal. i had my biometrics nung september 07 hanggang ngayon wala pa ring update sa case ko although current na yung priority date ko.

It depends sis. If you became 21 recently but your petition has been filed when you are under 21, then there is hope. There is a law about that. Better seek an assistance from an immigration lawyer. But if you are 21 or above and the petition has been filed from that age, well medyo matatagalan talaga.

hello there mga sis!  Ask ko lang...interview ko na kc sa July 3 for K3 visa petition, yung sa mga evidence kc like pics and emails...di kme masyado marami.  Nung first na uwi nia dito October 2005 sa Boracay lang kme my pics siguro around 8 pics lang yun.  Then Yung sumunod na uwi nia para sa church wedding nmin, mas marami dun kc my album pa kme ng wedding.  Mejo makapal yung album, mga 3 inches yung kapal nia.  Pero my mga loose pics ako na pina-print.  My parent's album ako sa maliit pede na kya yun na lang dalin ko sa interview.  And some pics nmin sa honeymoon and mga 2 sa gimik nmin with barkada nia dito sa pinas.  And lahat yun walang date na nkalagay sa pics.  If ilagay ko na lang sa likod ng pics yung date, san mas maganda ilagay yung mga pics if ipa2kita ko sa usembassy pati yung likod para sa date? My album ako kaso magnetic so kailangan ko pa tanggalin yun?

Hay help me nman...for my interview prep.  Emails pala wala ako and telephone bills kc puro card gamit namin.  Ako budget card and sya unicard na charge sa credit card nia. my email cia sa kin pero 2 lang yun.  And some Greeting Cards na walang date.  Ok lang ba yun?  Meron kme yung mga remittance receipts lang.

You dont have to bring the whole album. maybe 2 or 3 pics every visit / occasion. Bring the phone cards

Hi sis rampage..thanks a lot! bka kc di na ko magkanda2la if bitbitin ko nga lahat.    Though I still have problem in filling-out my DS-156..kc yung passport ko maiden name ko pa, my amendment lang sa su2nod na page.  And ila2gay ko ba sa DS-156 yung married name ko na yung sa line ng Surnames (As in Passport) since my amendment na ko?

its just I dont wanna go there...
