about sa priority dates.. paano ba yung process nun?

naguguluhan kasi ako. meaning ba ng priority dates dun mo makukuha response ng uscis kung approve ka or not? or dun pa lang nila sisimulan ireview yung petition mo?

coz July 2007 pa lang prinoprocess nung Nebraska Service Center.. eh September 2007 priority date ko.

A priority date is established by the submission of a relative visa petition in the family categories, and by either the submission of an application for alien labor certification or by the submission of an employment-based visa petition in the employment categories.

The word "Current" indicates that no backlog presently exists in a particular category. Alternately, the word "Unavailable" indicates that it is not possible to apply for permanent residence in that category.

The dates in the Visa Bulletin can be misleading. Some dates, particularly in the Employment Based Categories, are "current" now, but may backlog before you can say "I-485". Others, particularly in the Family Based Categories, look closer on the Bulletin than they are in reality.

nga pala.. question lang sa mga nainterview na sa embassy. dun ba sa filipino consul muna ibibigay yugn mga papers tapos interview dun sa american consul? pag hiningi yung mga papers.. isa isa bang hihingin o i-papasa mo ng sabay sabay? medyo praning kasi ako at may pag ka OC at gusto ko ayos lahat at sunod sunod ang pag aayos ko ng papers para hindi ako marattle..

^ yup walang fiance visa dun  pang immigrant visa kasi yun.

depende sa consul din kasi may kung ano ano ang tinatanong at hinihingi .
Pero usually naman yung nasa checklist ang ibibigay mo lahat tapos pag gusto pa niya ng proof hihingi yun ng sulat, photos, resibo ng remittance tapos dapat updated lahat ng papers lalo sa NBI, police clearance etc. Then sa isang consul ulit pwedeng iba naman tanungin o pareho lang.

last na lang.. about sa medical.. diba kelangan complete ng vaccinations? yung mga vaccines ba na yun is yung mga tinusok sayo nuong baby pa tayo? if yes, paano kung wala ka nang record ng mga vaccines mo. If no, bibigyan ba nila ko sa st. lukes ng lahat ng required na vaccines??

nung pumunta kami s st lukes wala kaming dalang immunization records, naaalala ko lang tinanong kami if nagkabulutong tubig kami, ska mumps, alam n naman ng mga andun kung anong vaccines ang ibibigay sayo, then pgdating nyo s US kailangan mo n naman magpunta sa public health (immigration clinic) may dagdag n vaccines na ibibigay ulit sainyo

medyo di ko pa rin nagets.. hehe.. 
so meaning kahit pa prinoprocess na yung priority date ko..
pwedeng ilang months bago pa ko makakuha ng results?

coz currently July2007 na [textspeak!] prinoprocess sa category ko, but Sept 2007 pa [textspeak!] priority ko.. gusto ko kasi maestimate how long pa yung hihintayin ko..

ako kasi nung current na yung sa amin nakatanggap ako ng notice for interview sa month din na iyun so walang delay F2A kami

yung sis in law ko naman august 2005 daw priority date niya sa category niya Eb3 ata yun tapos ang nasa visa bulletin march 2006 na ang current (may 2008 visa bulletin) pero hanggang ngayun wala pa rin siyang notice.

so meron ngang delays depende din sa visa category at kung ano ano pa .

another question fellow  girltalkers, can I still pursue working im other Asian countries while I am waiting for my petition? Like for example SG?

Pwede yun sis, pero ang alam ko once na dumating yung mga packets mo, you need to be in PI pra sa pag aayos ng petition mo

Okay.. Tuloy ngayon I am torn between waiting here or working muna. Ayoko din naman masayang yung opportunity dahil matagal ko na pumunta ng SG..
