hi mga sis...

i have a concern right now and i need advice from people who knows better about autralia visa application. kasi my mom met a friend and offering me to be sponsored by his sons that are already immigrants in aussie. sabi nya matutulungan daw nya ko to apply for visa at makaalis agad since i will be sponsored ng 2 anak nya na engr sa aussie. thing is it really sound so good to be true...sabi nya just trust him na matutulungan nya ko but of course i have doubts in my head.

eto kasi un mga informations na binigay nya pa lang sa akin so far...first there's a fee for application form for aussie "multi-purpose" visa, is there such a kind of visa? and the form fee is 250php and he said the visa fee is around US$137, i'm trying to search this info in australia embassy but can't find such details. he just asked me to submit to him my resume and photocopy of my transcript, diploma & passport. by the way, i'm grad of computer engr'g and he mentioned that his sons could offer me a job with just starting salary of US$1400 and even if they sponsored me I can still find other better opportunity once i got there. also, he was targeting to apply my visa asap so i could fly next month before xmas or new year, is that even possible? i mean is that how fast the processing of aussie visa??? i'm really not sure if i should trust this old man 'cause he was being nice to my mom and he is claiming that he's an engr in pampanga and already been in aussie too. honestly, we barely know him so i don't know if i should take risk to trust him.

I'm guessing skilled migration yan right kasi hindi naman pwdeng relative, student or visitor... at mas lalong hindi refugee!

saka hindi naman ganyan kabilis ang processing ng visa, inaabot yan ng buwan kahit na sponsored ka pa... tourist visa and spouse visa lang yata yun ganyan kabilis maprocess

hi sis c-h-a, thanks fot the inputs. i'm wondering if how easy to apply for skilled migration in aussie, by the way i have US visa and been there twice already sponsored by my current company here in PH. Of course, I would love to look for better opportunity and migrating to Australia really sounds good for me na single right now.

I would still gather more info from him and just be careful in trusting him at this point. I will update here para I could confirm with you guys. TIA!

hi ask ko lang.. i have a friend working in an migration agency.. she knows that my hubby is a cpa and working sa riyadh.. sabi nya pede mag apply hubby ko since un work nya nasa skilled occupation list ng australian government.. she said ang processing fee is 20k tapos if ever sabay kme aalis since couple kme.. ask ko lang ganun ba talaga kalaki un processing fee? if ever ma approved un may iba pa ba kmeng babayaran? wala kme relatives dun ni hubby.. may chance kaya ma approve din? sensya na wala talaga ko idea.. thanks..

^^ exit pass? ano yun? I was granted an skilled migrant visa and I only paid the fee stated sa immi.gov.au and the fee for the visa evidencing.


d ko sure kung ang tinutukoy mo e parang travel tax na sinisingil sa airport, meron din ako binayaran na ganun pero sa airport ko na mismo binayaran nung day ng alis ko. 

suggest ko na lang sa iyo na better look at immi.gov.au

Hi! Can I ask ano ang weather sa Australia ng early May?

May 6 days vacation kasi kami sa May (May 5- 10) and I plan sana to go to Melbourne. This will be my first time travelling to Oz. Dito na rin ako sa Seoul maglo-lodge ng visa applic. Ang plan ko kasi is to stay sa Melbourne  ng three days then punta sa Wangaratta where my cousin lives for three days.  Kelangan ko pa kaya ng invitation letter from my cousin? She's a naturalized Aus citizen na, but 2nd degree cousin na kami and  3 days lang naman ako sa place nya so I don't know kung may bearing yung invitation letter nya for my 6 days stay?

This trip to Oz sana ang treat ko sa sarili ko for 2010's hard work.

Also isa pa, (sorry makulit!)  Wala kasi akong makitang direct flight from Seoul to Melbourne :-( So ang plan ko na lang, mag-Singapore Airlines pa Sing, tapos from there mag-Jetstar pa-Melbourne.  Pag-in-add mo mga 900 USD rin yang itenerary na yan. Meron pa kayang cheaper? Though medyo madami rin makakain na oras :-(  If may other flight itinerary, please suggest!

way back 5 years ago, i spent 15K pesos sa processing fee sa isang migration agency na non-refundable when you backed out. so, i guess, yang 20K ngayon ay normal na lang ngayon. (i do backed-out by the way and decided to do it myself na lang after 4 years..hihi. kaya last year, visa grant na kami.) anyhow, do check out www.immi.gov.au baka kasi kaya mong hindi na mag-agency. it's fairly easy kung hindi naman complicated ang case nyo.

yes, my chance kayo kahit wala kayong kamag-anak dun depende sa points na ma-gain nyo sa skills nyo and yes may iba pang fees involve pero directly sa mga department concerned. around 100K plus rin ang ginastos namin. nagpa-assess pa kasi ako sa assessing body assigned dun sa skills ko, tapos medical exams pa naming pamilya, IELTS naming mag-asawa, etc....

sorry, pero ngayon ko lang narinig ang multi-purpose visa. check out the Australian immigration website na lang sis for your other options.
sabi nga, nothing worth having will come that easy..

^we always fly with Singapore Airlines and normally pag peak (around Dec), $1.5k round trip... pag off peak, $1.2k

mas mura ata pag Malaysian Airlines and PAL pero I cant sya how much kasi we've never flown with them
