i remembered before i ordered a blizzard for my daughter in DQ Eastwood. while waiting for it, i saw the guy who was making the ice cream sneezed with matching punas on his arm. eh hawak hawak niya yung ice cream. i called his attention on his unsanitary practice. the manager made a new one for me.

Kudos to Pizza Hut Trinoma.  Kahit full ang restaurant when we ate there last weekend, they were very attentive to our requests.  Very amiable pa sa kids ko ang server namin.

Good Service - Sambo Kojin in EDSA

Super attentive ng mga staff. May naka-assigned bawat table tapos di mo na kelangan talaga silang tawagin like kelangan mo ng refill ng drinks or kelangan mo ng rice, kasi uunahan ka na nila. Super bait pa. Meron kami nakita one time isang group sila tapos nag-volunteer yung waiter na kunan sila ng picture. Sabi pa nung waiter, para daw ma-post sa Facebook haha

Good Service - Outback ATC branch

Share ko lang. 1st Anniv namin ni bf yesterday, after we watched movie dinner kami sa outback.. kami lang customer nung pumasok kami.. super asikaso sila samin. ask agad nung girl pagpasok namin ano occasion today sabi ko 1st anniversary, binati kami then a waiter give us the menu.. we ordered baby back ribs, steak and soup. Ang bilis dumating nung soup and yung complimentary bread nila. then wala pang 5 minutes dumating na yung steak and ribs.. after namin kumain, tinanong pa kami nung waiter if we want dessert sabi namin di na kasi no room for dessert na. after that we ask for our bill.. while we are waiting yung manager lumapit samin inofferan kami ng promo nila sa valentines day then the waiter came with a dessert (brownies top with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream) with Happy Anniversary Note. Super touched kami ni BF. sabi nga ni BF super sulit yung bayad namin sa food. Mas gusto na namin sa outback kesa sa Tony Roma's. Di kasi namin nagustuhan yung service ng Tony Roma's

Bonchon MOA - pigil na pigil akong awayin mga staff nila last friday at baka kung anong gawin sa chicken namin. pagdating namin madami pang tao, mahaba yung pila sa counter, we were told na we have to wait 20-30 mins for our order, no choice kami since sarado na mga restau/fast food sa mall, so wait kami. dumating yung order after 1 hr    kahit naka-ilang follow-up na ko. hayssss, this is not only the first time, first try namin ng Bonchon sa Megamall, 9pm yun, ang tagal din ng order namin dumating. hinde worth it maghintay, hinde naman ganun kasarap yung chicken, actually matabang yung inside ng chicken, masarap lang yung coating...

di ko maintindihan bat ang tagal nila i-serve yung food eh chicken lang naman ang niluluto nila, maraming silang staff at hinde ganun kalaki ang place nila. compare mo sa Max's na ibat-iba ang menu ang bilis dumating ng order...

Mang inasal d ko talaga nagustuhan manok dito kasi halatang ininit lang. Minsan, nagustuhan ko kasi bagong luto at 2x nangyari yun sa cash n carry branch. Kanina, umorder ako for 9 pax take out (walking distance sa ofc ni hubby), pagbukas ang lamig nun chicken at matigas.

kahit kailan ang tagal ng bill sa Super Bowl of China yun lang naman ang consistent na complain ko sa kanila. kahit anong branch whether puno or hindi (as in 3 tables lang me laman) kailangan sunduin ang bill sa cashier pati para pirmahan ang charge slip.

bad experience = recently lang, Manna Korea Restaurant in Makati, si ms. sungit na server binigyan kame ng food na di namen inorder.  napakataray at pilit pinabayaran sa amin ang food na sinerve nya... di man lang nag sorry di sana naawa pa kame at kinuha na lang yung food.  tinaasan pa ako ng boses.

1st day nila so dry run pa lang daw and all food items are 50% off but still...

1. umorder kami around 1pm, wala gaano tao kasi tapos na lunch break. usapan namin babalik kami ng 3pm for pickup of orders (3 pasta, 2 sa kin, 1 kay office). nagbago isip ko pagdating ko ng office (mga after 5mins) so i called them and sinabihan ko na 5pm ko na lang pickup yung order ko. pagdating namin ng 3pm, saka pa lang niluto yung order ng officemate ko. ok lang sa officemate ko pero kinutuban na ko so inulit ko sa tao doon na pickup na lang ang gagawin ko ng 5pm. as in luto na ate ha.. magmamadali ako pauwi mamaya.. oo naman sya. pagdating ko ng 5pm, medyo may pila na (more or less 10 tao). aba, saka pa lang talaga nagpaluto si ate. nung pinuna ko, nakatingin lang sa kawalan. almost 30minutes pa uli ako naghintay

2. nanonood ako sa pagluluto ng pasta, nung turn ko na, napuna ko na di naglagay ng feta cheese sa order kong shrimp and feta spag. so nung iniabot sa akin, sabi ko sa isang staff (di na kay ateng tulala) "pakidouble check naman if nalagyan ng feta cheese". pagbalik sa akin nung staff isang malaking "ma'am pasensya na po, naubusan ng feta cheese..." grrrr.. so kung di ko pa pinuna, hahayaan na lang nila na mali ang dala ko. and ano ang sense ng pag order ko ng maaga kung mauubusan din naman pala ako ng ingredient? kung wala na feta cheese e di sana iba na lang inorder ko. nagoffer naman na dagdagan na lang daw ng shrimp at pasta kaso para saan pa e tagal ko na naghintay. e di another waiting period na naman. di bale na lang.

ang lasa - shrimp with feta (na walang feta). maasim na spag. kulang sa paminta, mas ok kung may basil; shrimp and anchovy - milya-milya ang kasarapan ng aglio olio ng pizza hut.

TGI Friday's at Eastwood

Thumbs up for great service!  I like its child-friendly atmosphere. The waitstaff were very nice to my little boys.  Kudos to our server, Eena.  My kids said that  their fried chicken and linguini bolognese were yummy.  Pansin ko nga mas yummy dito compared to other branches.  My husband and I were also happy with our buffalo chicken wings and baby back ribs.  Masarap pala ang garlic rice nila.  Babalik kami dito for sure kasi natuwa kami sa service.

Thumbs up sa Blenz Coffee sa Megamall. Friendly staff and didn't mind at all na hindi ko alam kung ano oorderin ko. Sila pa nag-ooffer ng suggestions kung ano ang okay. They even had me taste a sample of the mochaccino drink

Bad service @ krazy garlic gb5, naka-smile naman kaso "scripted" lahat kaya kahit wala pa order namin may lumapit to ask "how's the food?".

Sa tagal dumating ng order, may lumapit ulit "are you done with the plates?" Sinagot ng friend ko "d pa nga kami kumakain!". Umalis basta yun waiter, ni hindi nagsabi na ifollow up nya. Kulang na kulang sa pagiging sinsero sa pag-asikaso sa tao.

Nun nagbayad ako pwede raw ang BFF card sabay turo sa wallet ko, nakasilip pa pala sa loob ng wallet ko susko walang kakwenta-kwenta na ang food napaka-poor pa ng serbisyo.

Nagpunta kami ng bizu after para mawala yun pangit na pakiramdam, para akong hinold-up ng taong naka-smile.

DISLIKE- Seattle's Best Greenbelt. I was waiting for bf then I decided to order Mandarin Italian Soda because I want something sour.

When I got the drink, grabe! magkaka diabetis yata ako! Its super sweet! I tasted it again but it still tasted the same. Mas masarap pa ang ROYAL TRU ORANGE! I swear! I went to the counter and asked in a very nice way, "Sorry but can you change my drink to another flavor, this is too sweet for me". The stupid barista just told me, "Sorry maam we cannot do that because it will be charged to us". I was really controlling my temper but I cannot make a scene because I was alone.

She didn't even offer to change my drink (kahit i adjust lang yung timpla). Very poor service. I want to spill the drink all over her face. I should have gotten her name so I could report her to the head office.

Cyma shang - server looked bored, we ordered sugarfree drinks and gave us regular, lentil soup was not thick and yummy like in greenbelt, parang diluted na para umabot lang sa isang order matubig na yung sabaw, lamb meatball wasnt cooked well, servers ignored our request for refill...i could go on and on. Pasara na ata kasi sila mga past 9 na but thats not an excuse.
