kanina sa go greek in g4. matagal na ko kumakain dito and no problems naman until now. i actually like this place kasi fave resto ko ang cyma and this is my cheap alternative to that. i ordered chicken kebab platter. 10 mins pa daw. willing naman ako to wait. since magisa lang ako, i opted to stand there nalang sa side. kesa maghanap ng seat tapos kailangan ko pa magiwan ng gamit to save it pag tayo ko ulit. medyo natagalan yung pag wait ko. umabot ata ng 20 mins or more. i know it's not acceptable for some to wait that long but i was patient. di naman kasi ako nagmamadali or gutom na gutom. nagchcheck lang ako ng phone ko.

so pagdating nung order ko, i sat down na and started eating. tinanggal ko muna sa skewer yung chicken para madali kainin. pag tingin ko, pink pa yung gitna. tapos may isang chunk na kita pa yung parang white na litid na usually tinatanggal ko pag nagdedebone ng chicken. clearly, it was undercooked. tapos i checked the other pieces, meron pa nung parang thin film na nakakabit sa meat ng isang raw chicken. i know this kasi i usually buy whole chicken and debone them myself. sobrang nawalan talaga ako ng gana. eh nakakain pa naman ako ng maliit na piece while i was removing the skewer. kaya pala iba yung texture niya sa bibig. kala ko kasi sinamahan ko kasi ng potato at yung potato lang yung naffeel ko.

so i went back para ireklamo. inoffer nila to "reheat" it. in the first place, hindi nila dapat i-reheat kasi it hindi pa nga siya tapos i-heat kaya undercooked. and second, kung irereheat nila yun, edi maghihintay nanaman ulit ako. eh since wala na nga rin akong gana, i just asked for a refund.

ang kinainis ko lang, ni hindi man lang sila nagapologize first for making me wait longer than promised tapos for not cooking the food well. sobrang wala lang ako gana makipagaway kasi late dinner ko na nga yun and nasira na yung appetite ko.

ayan tuloy, kung ano ano naiisip kong food.

Hhmmm... contrary to what Sis avesoriano experienced..... well, that is a case to case scenario siguro... Zensho (Thomas Morato) is one of our fave restaurant ni hubby... This is not the typical buffet resto where the food is already in the buffet table, you have to order and they will cook it for you...

Our worst resto experience?  Yang Chow in Libis....  As in 2x na and i promise to myself I'll never, ever dine there again kahit sila pa ang kahuli hulihang restaurant sa mundo!  Sorry... Am really disappointed with their service....  Nakaaway ko pa may ari and would you believe?!  May bayad and sugar syrup nila?!?  Gggrrr!!!

Coffee Bean Burgos Circle. To be fair, we're usually here every sunday and ok naman. Ngayon lang parang may sapi ang staff. They charged us for the coffee na kasama ng cheesecake na free sana using the belle de jour coupon. Then when I asked for splenda she handed it to me wet na coz her hand was wet. Kadiri. I asked for replacement sumimangot. My bf asked for no whipped cream and may whipped cream yung drink niya.

Antonio's Grill Tagaytay - very good service! our big group (16 in all, including the driver) had lunch there today, good thing we arrived early at about 11am - we were the first diners inside the restaurant. very attentive to our needs yung service staff, and they were very gracious in taking our photos when we requested them to be photographers. everyone, including the "oldies" in the family, were wowed by the service (and the food) at Antonio's Grill.

My colleages all about 40 of us made the reservation a day ahead. After the much awaited inservice exam we were quite due for a get together. We were all looking forward for the lunch. Vikings and dampa were one of our choices but we eliminated it after it was damaged by storm pedring. Looking back we could have eaten in yakimix or saisaki instead for almost the same price.

The setup is more like tempura restaurant where you it eat all you can but you will have to order a la carte. yes to my dismay it was not buffet. At the start they will give you a peice of paper where you can check your orders. we made several orders of sushi sashimi for starters.To be fair service was a little fast at the start. we were the first to arrive. however as the customers grow in number we almost
went incognito. Yoo hoo? I exist?

 The service was so poor. We cant entirely blame it all to the waiters becuase they were outnumbered. there were
only like 4-5 waiter of them against about less than a hundred customers/20 tables. The restaurant was like my iphone's diner dash. Only we dont have the guts to just leave without paying.

No it was definetely not worth the money. we only had about three refills in our tables. Very very small
servings at a time

It is definetely the most unforgettable dining experience. Service and management from hell.

Food is bad as well. For all the variety that they show in their menu. There are only two categories for their taste. They are either the taste of sushi or oyster sauce of the teppanyaki. i tell you there is literally no variety on the taste. For a restaurant that claims to be authentic japanese tokyo tokyo's tonkatsu taste even better. Their version is hard and overcooked. Meat is not high grade as well. tempura is so small youll almost feel like laughing.

was it worth what i paid for? i totally regret it.

will i come back? NO. id rather eat on the streets of binondo

will i recommend it to friend? not even to my enemy

^if you own a  restaurant, you should make sure that you are well manned especially if you are expecting a lot of guests. If you cant handle the crowd, be humble to decline sOme of the walkins and prioritize those that made reservations. Be humble enough to apologize for the bad service and try to make up for it in some other way. If you cant make your customers feel sPecial at least let them know you know they exist!

Yes sis its for zensho. sa lahat ng dining experience ko... Napakapatient ko na siguro.  Kasi dad, brothers and sisters are all in the hotel and food industry. As you can see im not much of a writer. Superlative talaga ang experience namin. Imagine i can write something as long as that..

Buti na lang paminsan minsan nagrerefill sila ng drink all you can green gulaman nila.

I forgot  to mention ang mga nilalagay nila sa table namin hindi naman inoorder. We were so hungry we just ate whatever was in the table. The checklist for order was totally pointless

italiannis gateway. magaling lang cla kumuha ng order. after nun wala na. kahit malapit kami sa crew area, kahit anong taas ng kamay namin or tawag namin sa kanila walang tumitingin. refillable ice tea. thrice kami ngrequest na irefill oo lang cla ng oo. halos maubos na namin yung pizza and pasta, wala pa ring nagrerefill. Nagrefill lang nung malapit na kaming umalis. buti na lang busy kami sa kwentuhan kaya di na namin masyado pinansin. Pero sobrang bad service talaga, yung ipapatake out nga namin, kung pwede lang kami na magbalot sa kitchen e..

sa cyma a few weeks back, i ordered bottomless iced tea. sa sobrang busog ko (because i so love their food) naka 1 refill lang ako. when we checked the bill, imbis na bottomless yung nakalagay, glass lang. so i told the waiter na bottomless dapat yun. sabi niya, ok lang daw yun kasi naka 1 refill lang naman daw ako. natuwa naman ako sa kanya.

tapos my friend pa added na although we were in a secluded area of the resto, everytime daw pala nadadaan yung waiter dun malapit sa area namin, he would make an extra step towards us para makita if we needed anything. how nice naman.

sobrang natuwa kami, we gave him a nice tip.
