^i remember when we ate there, as in pagpasok pa lang namin, di pa kami nakakaupo ha? Kasi ang dami namin like mga 10 kami. Kami pa naghahanap ng table at nag uusog ng table. Tapos nakatayo pa kami kasi naghahanap kami ng table, inabot na samin yung menus. Parang, "seriously?" pero kahit ganun ginawa samin, pinindot pa rin namin yung satisfied sa customer service thingy nila.

^^ Yup oo nga, saka nito lang nung weekend kumain ako dun, nakakainis pa kasi nauna pang i-serve yung pagkain ko tapos saka nilinisan yung table ko. Grabe, ayoko pa naman yung andun yung pagkain tapos maglilinis ka ng table. Lahat yata ng branch nila (including Eastwood) super poor customer service. Sayang gusto ko pa naman yung mga pasta nila dito.

THEY charged us 150 because may leftover na kakarampot kaya pla walang kumakain dun, walang kwenta pa yung dessert. hindi sulit yung eat all you can dun sa dessert plang talo na 3 pirasong pastry, revel bar lang and jello . sna sa karinderya nalang kami kumain kung ganun din lang klase yung food. walang kwenta pati service, BAGSAK!

Pumila ako then this Justin Cosmo was just so smart enough at inuna niya ang sumunod sa akin, I was really making face and complaining that it is not right, my pila at ako ang nauna tapos ang sumunod ang inuna then she replied "Natataranta ako, kasi madaming tao!"(take note dalawa lang kami sa pila) galit siya kasi nagagalit ako..ok then I said that you are so stupid kasi hindi ka matataranta kung susundin mo ang pila, then I was shouting at her, kasi sumasagot pa, huwag ko daw siyang sigawan, at sabihan t****, (well I know it's my bad) pero sabi ko sa kanya you should have said sorry and admitted it is your fault rather than answering me back, with a shouting voice.

Ther Siomai House service was so poor kasi sinabi ko na nga ng walang chili sauce ang isang order dahil sa anak ko yun, nilagyan pa rin, and then I was asking her name dahil complain ko talaga siya, sayang ang galit ko.. ayaw niya ibigay sa kasama niyang guy ko kinuha ang name niya.

Disadvantages ba ito ng mga food cart dahil food court pang food cart, ganun din ang serive. haay!

GOOD SERVICE for starbucks G5, I KNOW its not fastfood or resto pero was so happy kasi the barista there was so nice, i was asking where i can charge my cell sa mall he gave me his charger and tinuro yung outlet sa wall. very good customer service going out of their way and taking the extra mile

Good service sana pancake house sa fort sa 31st street kaso palpak lagi yun sa kitchen staff. Panis na almondigas soup, d pa masyado luto na longganisa (nun pinaluto sunog ang labas ang loob hindi mainit), 3 pcs na chicken pag-bukas 2 pcs lang, tinapang bangus na aputla na nun nakita nun waiter nun ibababa na nya sa table e sya na nagkusa na ibalik sa kitchen kahit wala pa ako na sinasabi. Maraming beses na ako nadadale kaso ayun nga mabait mga waiters pero pumupunta ako dun para kumain d para chumika kaya d bale na lang. Pag gusto ko ng spag nila, dumadayo na lang ako sa paseo de magallanes maayos yun pagkain at crew.

BAD SERVICE - TERIYAKI BOY (Robinson's Manila branch)

my boyfriend and I were supposed to have lunch here. we placed our order, and more than 30 minutes na nakakalipas wala pa yung food namin! yung ibang customers na late dumating kesa sa amin, nauna pang naserve yung food nila.

ayun, we paid na lang for our drinks kasi naserve na yung iced tea and nag walk out na kami. i hope na-punch nila order namin para maabala sila sa pagcancel nun. kabadtrip talaga.

Yellowcab, Paseo de Sta. Rosa = Goooood!

We went there and ordered 18" pizza.. Una take out namin kasi yung bus namin baka iwan kami.. Then nung binigay na sa amin, we asked for chili flakes and they gave us many.. eh biglang wala pang driver yung bus, so we went back to yellowcab at dun kumain. Nung nakita ng crew na kumakain kami dun, kaya pala tingin ng tingin, gusto nya kami tanungin if we want plates pa kasi takeout yung pizza so nahihirapan at kinakamay lang namin, sabi namin it's ok kasi sanay naman kami. Hehe and he gave us glasses of water ganda pa ng yellowcab dun.

Dimsum Diner Gaisano Mall Davao - bad service

ambagal ng service (48 years!) tapos na lunch break mo, wala pa pagkain! yun pala naghihintay pa ng ibang customers, iniipon pa nila ang orders para sabay sabay gawin!! kaya kahit maaga ka dun, kasabay ng food nyo darating ang food nung mga umorder 30mins after you did!! tapos yung soup nila sinabi samin may bayad daw. nung patapos na kami, yung katabing table libre daw yung soup!!

^^ang sabi naman daw nila sis binili na daw ni Gaisano yung Dimsum Diner sa GMall. Kaya magkaiba ng patakaran sa ibang branches. Kasi yun yung binigay nilang reason kung bakit biglang may bayad yung soup kasi sa Holy Cross branch naman, wala. But that was before namin narinig yung sa kabilang table. Oh well, I guess hindi kasama ng pagbili ng Gaisano yung good service

I just like to share mine, I experienced a really bad service in TEMPURA, ALABANG TOWN CENTER. They served us food with small thick curled hair! You decide what it was?! It was really off the chart! I got mad, called up their waiter, manager, and cook.. none of them would explain how it got there. The manager wont even talk, all she could say was "Sorry, Ma'm". After complaining, they tried to ignore us as if we weren't there. I had to call the waiter 4x for the bill. They almost made us pay for the whole thing, I had to react why they charged me for the food with the hair! I will never eat there again!
