if you experienced that then i could say... welcome to kamayan sa palaisdaan 

normal na yang ganyan na scenario kahit alin man dun sa dalawa. parang rush hour nung pumunta kayo kaya ganun talaga plus pahiyas festival pa pala. my family usually eat there pag regular weekends lang and full-packed lagi. around 11am andun na kami kasi nga mahirap makakuha ng table esp. pag sa  may palaisdaan. sa mga regular customers ng kamayan sa palaisdaan... hindi yun disappointment.

Adobo republic. Overpriced, 2 lang kaming kumain P600+ e the food is just comparable to that of a canteen/carinderia. Di rin sila nagbibigay ng sukli. I ordered first, sabi kung ok lang daw kulang ang sukli kasi wala daw silang barya. Ok walang problema. Piso lang naman ang kulang. Then we ordered additional rice, as usual piso ang sukli, but they never bothered to give it again. Kahit pa-piso-piso lang yun . . . strategy, wala talagang balak magbigay ng sukli.

super bad service talaga ang chowking, i think most, if not all, branches super bagal ng service, nakakatakot lang minsan umangal ng umangal baka may kung anong gawin sa food!

agree! madumi nga ang chowking , nandidiri ako gamitin yung mga utensils nila pati baso nila nag sesebo  , makikita mo naman kung malinis the way mag bust out yung mga crew, yung tissue na ginamit ng customer ilalagay sa loob ng baso o kaya sa plato basta ang dumi, best service sakin yung Abe sa Serendra naka smile ang mga crew and attentive pa unli rice din

Tokyo Tokyo, Shang Ri La Plaza Mall branch - THUMBS UP!

1. super nice nung girl sa counter, she was smiling the entire time. siguro dahil kakabukas pa lang ng mall kaya energetic pa sya, but still natuwa ako coz bihira ako makaencounter ng ganun ka-cheerful na cashier :p

2. nung iaakyat ko na tray ko, i spilled my drink. di ko pa naiinom. my boyfriend was still ordering so i asked him to buy me another glass of red tea. but the manager told the cashier to replace my drink for free. naappreciate ko yun =)

REALLY SLOW service/serving time - Hyphy's at Robinsons Galleria. we waited for about 45 minutes for our food na simple lang naman ang preparation dapat (fish&chips, calamansi tuyo pasta and sauted/steamed veggies with unmelted cheese on top)

Shakey's delivery - BAD SERVICE

my friends placed an order around 2:30pm. dumating yung food, almost 5pm na! wala man lang apology or anything.

ganun ba pag nag avail sa buy 1 take 1 promo nila, sobrang babawi sila sa kabagalan ng service. we had 8 boxes of pizza (paid for 4 boxes, free yung remaining 4 boxes) and 4 boxes of mojos. took them more than 2 hours :/

nadelay tuloy yung celebration namin dahil sa kanila. yung ibang friends namin bumili na lang ng food sa ibang place because of their kabagalan.

I googled KFC and found out reports showing how badly they grow and kill their chickens. I even found a facebook page with the name "KFC sucks".

The site says,
"If you are one of those people who believe KFC should stop the way they kill the chickens, please join..
KFC suppliers cram birds into huge waste-filled factories, breed and drug them to grow so large that they can’t even walk, and often break their wings and legs. At slaughter, the birds’ throats are slit and they are dropped into tanks of scalding-hot water—often while they are still conscious. It would be illegal for KFC to abuse dogs, cats, pigs, or cows in these ways.

KFC’s own animal welfare advisors have asked the company to take steps to eliminate these abuses, but KFC refuses to do so. Many advisors have now resigned in frustration."

Well,
I hate their new system now. Yung 2 separate lines one for orders one for claiming. Ewan ko parang mas gumulo yung mga tao tapos mas humaba ang pila at bumagal.

Last time may nasilip akong KFC branch along paseo yung pila hanggang labas ng store.

Mataas sales nila kasi mura ang food.. oh well

Please enlighten me. Is it really true?

Sis, maybe for some countries but not here in the Philippines.  Because they get their chicken from Magnolia or Bounty Fresh.  Both companies electrocute the chickens first before cutting off their heads (sorry for the violence. he he he).  Electrocuting the chicken will make them fall asleep thus, it they don't have any idea what will happen next.  Also, for chickens to be Halal, they also have priests who pray for these chickens individually before actually "killing" them.

Bigoli (SM and TriNoma branch) - Ilang beses na ako kumain dito, pero still, hindi pa rin sila natututo. Free bread sticks sila pero hindi sineserve on time. Kailangan mo pang magtawag ng waiter para lang mag serve. Last time I ate here, ni isa wala man lang nag serve ng bread sticks.
