Heaven & Eggs, di nagbibigay ng sukli..kahit sabihin mong 7 pesos lang yun, it's still our change..and discretion pa rin namin kung tip na lang siya or not..malay mo, palitan pa namin ng paper bill yun..

halos lahat ng chowking branches na napuntahan ko eh poor service. 3x ako ngorder ng chaofan panis ang nbigay saken, pancit nila may buhok, cashier nila arrogante (guadalupe branch). mann han megamall  they serve panis chicken feet,dumplings! omg mukang 1week na ata nsa fridge nila un!  flap jack greenhills  poor service, nanghihingi ako ng water jusko 15mins na nakalipas halos mabilukan nko wala pa [textspeak!] water ko and to think 2 tables [textspeak!] kme ang customer that time kung hindi pako lumapit sa server hindi ako mabibigyan ng water.  Goodservice naman sa jollibee glorietta very polite ang mga waiters at mabilis ang paglabas ng food..

i ordered twice sa mcdonalds delivery... and sobrang disappointing because sa twice na yun di k0 nkuha ang mga orders ko.. i dunno bkt anong meron sa baesa caloocan and both mindanao and monumento branch they cancelled my order.. pasa pasa na lang then my partner called them up sinagot lang nila out of way dw.. haissst...

Good Service : Jollibee  Delivery.

Winner ang delivery service nito, kahit close na the branch near us (Zapote Kalinisan), they go out
of their way to deliver from their Imus (Makro) Branch.

And it takes them an hour also to deliver. <3 <3 <3

 we ordered our lunch, 9:30, and we instructed na, deliver ito ng 11:30 para atleast mainit-init pa ... come 11:00 dumating na ang food, good thing maaga, pero pagdating ng 12 noon, malamig na ang food, makunat na yung mojos, medyo namuo na sauce ng spagetti ... kinda chewy na yung pizza ... hay!

IMHO, cant blame naman the delivery ng shakeys if they arrived early, hindi naman natin maeexpect
na on the dot ng sinabi mong oras dadating ang food na itinawag mo ahead of time. actually its
good pa nga na they left early because they wanted to be there on time. mahirap naman tantyahin
ang traffic nowadays.

NOT the service of SBARRO GLORIETTA 4,  but yung isang waiter doon. medyo matagal na  nangyari ito, pero share ko lang din.  after placing an  order sa  cashier, I asked  if may CR sa mismong loob ng resto.

**May sumabat na waiter, (pilosopo and pabalang  na  tono) "wala, pero sa labas doon oh meron" (Tinuturo niya yung CR sa labas)

Dun na  nagpanting yung tenga ko! sabi ko bastos ka ah, kaya nga ako nag tatanong  ng  maayos eh. eh sakto  narining  ng  manager. Siya na  mismo yung  nag apologize. Although nag sorry din  yung  P*steng waiter na yun.. so buong time  na nadun  kami siya yung ginagawa  kong  "tagasilbi samin" pag nag utos  ako , sasabihin  ko "BILISAN MO HA! malakas  pa! "  Di pa ako nakuntento,  kinuha  ko yung name niya and  nung pag dating  ko sa bahay, tumawag ako sa  mismong head office nung  SBARRO to report what happened.  Bibigyan daw  nila yun ng  incident  report since trainee pa din daw siya.

Ayun pagbalik ko,  wala na siya doon sa  resto at napatalsik na! haha

The bad - the waitress did not include my mom's order, didn't even bother repeating our orders

The good - after speaking with the manager and told him our concern, he processed the payment himself and gave my mom's order, compliments of the house to somewhat make up for it, said he'll be the one to personally assist us the next time we go there. And he'll make sure no such thing will happen again (daw).

naku sis same experience here, twice pa and di na kami umulit. ewan ko ba kung anung meron sa branch na yan ng marikina.  ang babagal tapos kulang kulang pa pagdating ng order mo...

i just want to share what happened sa contis trinoma last week.

my number was 33, and they were still serving 31-32. so browse-browse muna ako kung ano ang bibilhin ko ... then a woman with 34 came tapos naka-bantay na sa may counter, although may iba pang customers na sinisilbihan yung counter ... e di deadma lang ako ... then my number was called, so i went right away on that counter ... then 34 was called on the other counter ... hala, sumisingit ba naman sa place ko, i said, "doon po ang 34, sa kabilang counter" [tinatawag na siya sa kabilang counter ng cashier] ... ang sabi ba naman "e kanina ko pa sinasabi yung food for the gods, e ayaw akong bigyan" hindi ako naka-tiis, kasi polite pa rin yung cashier sa tapat ko, sinabihan ko "bawal po kayo jan, sila lang po ang pwedeng kumuha ng items sa shelf" then umalis, nagma-mumble. ... hay, smile lang sa akin yung cashier.

grabe sa bagal ng service. mali-mali pa ang sine-serve.

last sunday, hubby & i went to SM Calamba to unwind. we we're starving. i prefer kenny rogers because of their delicious and healthy food, bilis pa ng service. but hubby suggested chowking. pumayag naman ako. so he ordered.

my food was immediately served. pero yung order ni hubby medyo natatagalan na. he was getting impatient. ang order lang nya chaofan with spring rolls. sobrang gutom na sya so i kinda shared my food with him. when i looked around, there we're so many people na napipikon na rin dahil sa tagal ng food nila. everytime na lalabas ang waiter na may dalang chaofan, para kaming bata na nae-excite kasi akala namin yun na yung order ni hubby...pero di naman pala.

may isa ngang group of 6 men na puro chaofan ang order na napikon na at pumunta na sa counter, nagreklamo na sya.

ang sobrang ikinainis namin, may dalawang babae na kadarating lang. wala pang 5 minutes, isinerve na yung food nila. anong order nila? CHAOFAN!!!!!

at that point, nagsalita na si hubby. nagreklamo na rin sya. kasi ubos na yung food ko pero wala pa rin yung order nya. grabe, 30 minutes kami naghintay for his food to be served. nung dumating yung food, hindi spring rolls ang nakalagay kundi yung super bland na siomai. we're super disgusted. so the waiter went back to the counter. nung pumunta sya sa table namin, may dala na siyang spring rolls. inaabutan ni hubby yung waiter ng bayad para dun sa spring rolls. hindi tinanggap ng waiter. complimentary daw yun from chowking. buti naman nahiya sila sa pangit na service nila. we didn't ate the siomai anyway.

Chowking Moa.  Bad Service.
It took 45mins for them to deliver pancit canton. Actually kinuha ko na lang sya kasi twice na ko bumabalik para i-follow up yung order di pa rin binibigay.  And within that 45mins iba-ibang order ang binibigay sa amin.  Marami na kasi sobrang customer.  Maybe they should hire more service crew.
In spite of that, nag-enjoy pa rin kami sa food kasi masarap naman sya. :-)

There was this certain waitress na nagbigay nung order naming drinks. she insisted na 4 daw yung order namin na calamansi juice (with matching irap). She asked the i-think-the supervisor who took our orders earlier and went back in our table and put down the said calamansi juices. sinabi na nga namin na 2 lang dapat. umalis sya with dabog effect. after this, when most of our orders are in the table, we are waving to the waiters as we need to follow up one dish, pero parang d napapansin. finally after ilang kaway at tawag, may lumapit. so he made a follow up in the kitchen. we're almost done with our food (after several follow ups) tsaka dumating yung order.
nakakainis lang kasi pag may mga foreigner at mga chinese na kumakain, sila pa talaga yung lumalapit. pagdating sa amin, parang d kami customer. to think the more than 15 kami sa table,hay talaga super bad service.

they only have 3 staffs to attend to everyone.

we are a group of 3 we ordered to share: singapore laksa, carbonara pasta, 2 cheescakes, coke zero.
after taking the order, our table wasn't set up with any utensils.
after 15mins the waitress approached us they no longer have coke zero available, we change to coke light.
super tagal ng food, 30mins waiting when the laksa finally arrives they just left it on our table.
we have to remind them to bring us bowls and spoon.
we also have to follow up the drinks.
then we realize saka pa lang nagwash yung guy waiter ng bowls sa counter, kaya pagdala to our table its wet pa.
finally the pasta arrives, we asked for plates.
then suddenly binawi, its for the other table daw.
good thing we didn't dig in yet, pero we could also feel na irate na rin yung other table.
their order of iced tea, was also served to us.

hay bad service, even when paying ang tagal, we were the one na to approach the cashier to sign tne charge slip.
good thing meet up yon with old friends so puro chikahan.
