^^isama mo na ang Teriyaki Boy sa Banawe... we've tried it twice... nega ang service...

sus, lalo na pg pay time, ang tagal lumapit ng mga crew to get your bill, then ang tagal din nilang ibalik sa yo yung bill mo, or whatever change you have, ginagawa nga ng friend namin, pag within  10 minutes na wala pa yung change, pupuntahan na niya yung cashier.  ... at walang tip!

Bad service: Gloria Maris SM The Block

Ang bagal nila sobra kumilos. Konti naman ang customer pero parang they have all the time in the world. I asked for their sauce para sa shabu shabu pero 4 na na waitress ang hiningian ko bago pa kami nabigyan. Di na kami babalik dun. Hindi na nga masarap yung food, ang pangit pa ng service nila Yung local beef nila mukhang tocino, yung lobster ball nila frozen, yung taro nila ang liliit ng slices, yung pork siomai nila na bestseller dapat eh sobrang tigas tapos yung soup, di ko maintindihan ang lasa. In short, ang pangit compared sa Greenhills branch nila na sobrang sarap talaga.

no wonder halos walang kumakain sa Gloria Maris SM The Block... once tempted ako magtry pero nagdecide ako na wag na lang... buti na lang.. i made the right decision...

^Bad decision nga eh. I was inviting the family to dine at Greenhills, our usual branch pero tinatamad sila to travel so we opted to try their The Block branch. Sisi kami nun. As in while we're eating, napipikon kami sa service nila.

yung ibang gloria maris kasi franchise na lang...unlike ng sa CCP ang Greenhills... never ako nagtry nang gloria maris sa the block kasi parang walang tao kumakain to think na maganda naman pwesto nila.

Pajoin ako teriyaki boy.greenhills naman kami.kulang kulang din tapos yun tofu steak tapos na kami kumain saka dumating...and yun sauce ng teriyaki chicken tamis sobra. Di na kami kumain sa kahit ano branch turn off kasi...saka bakit kaya matagal sila bigay ng chanfe kaya ako sakto na lagi bayad ko.

good service: yesterday lang while we were at kenny rogers... nagkkwentuhan kami ni hubs about good customer service na hindi makalimutan, bigla na lang super asikaso yung attendant samen. refill ng drinks, gravy, tissue etc. haha! nadinig ata kami.

hmn i forgot the name nung resto,,but located sya sa cash and carry katabi ng teriyaki boy,,,bagong resto yun dun hmmnn yun staff dun parang hirap na hirap mag smile man lang,,nakasimangot kainis,,even sa pag take ng order kairita,,,den yun bake mac nila lasang ewan,,,un lechon kawali naman nila kala mo chicharon na...tapos yun butter na gamit nila sa bread lasang ewan den...yun order ko naman na green mango shake tapos  na kaming lahat kumain bago dumating,,,but infairnes oks naman yun sotanghon and grilled chicken nila....pro kahit na never na talaga  ako babalik sa kanila..!

pwede ba isali dito yung medyo di kagandahan ugali ng manager?

kasi we ate at UST's greenbox sa 2nd floor. madami kumakaen. masarap sisig nila..

pero pag nakikita ko yung mga crew, parang hirap na hirap sila.

nakikita ko kasi, sa counter, bilang ng bilang ng pera yung manager. as in, di niya binibitawan. tapos nakasimangot and all. parang bawal umupo mga crew nila. yung isa, hanap ng hanap ng lilinisin kaya nakakadistract. tapos eh di, bilang ng bilang ng money yung manager, nagsukli yung cashier, di ko alam kung tama o mali yung sukli. pinagalitan ba naman harapan na mali mali. at hinabol pa ng manager yung customer at tinanong kung magkano yung sukli. hindi pa naniwala. kinuha  pa yung money sa wallet ng customer at bumalik sa counter at dun nagbilang. saka lang binalik. medyo turn off.

kawawa yung mga crew.. parang walang pahinga

never had bad experience in their SM North The Block branch. dun kami palagi ni boyfriend and mabilis sila magserve, very attentive and mabilis din ang change.

oh yeah, tried their robinsons galleria branch as well and had no bad experience.

you're lucky... i had bad experiences with Teriyaki Boy not once but twice... not just one branch but two branches... and i NEVER went back...

Service is so slow, considering at that time we were dining, there were only a couple of tables. To make the waiting worse is by the time the food arrived it wasn't even hot. Utensils were not clean. The waiter/server was unkempt and doesn't seem to know their dishes well.

Ok naman yung food, hindi lang kami napapansin ng waiter or waitress masyado if water lang hihingin.  If order, mabilis naman. Otherwise ok naman, they just have to be more attentive.  Service is fast naman kahit papano, lalo na the bill

I hate every time nag mamadali silang mag ligpit ng plates and everything to think nag kkwentuhan pa kayo and nag papa baba pa ng kinain!!! mga bastos at ang atat mag ligpit para bang ibig sabihin e "o [textspeak!], tapos na kayo kumain alis na kayo my susunod pa". -it happend sa greenwhich pedro gil. . .

kenny roger's in market market, ang bait ng mga tao dun.  ewan ko kung dahil patay na oras yun, wala masyado tao.  pero ang bilis ng service at super attentive pa ng crew nila.  sa KR sta lucia branch kasi super bagal ng service dun.  saka parang di malinis yung lugar sa sta lucia

Dencio's Araneta - nag-serve ng sinigang na sugpo na hinde mainit ang sabaw tapos nung pinabalik namin it took them almost 30 minutes to bring it out. Kaasar!!

dati everyday kami bumibili dito, may attitude yung bading na staff nila, pag d niya feel yung customer hindi maayos yung pagkakagawa ng sandwich... tapos may nakita ko na malaking ipis na naglalakad dun sa veggies. sinabi ko dun sa attendant, hinawi niya lang yung ipis, deadma na siya. hindi na kame bumili dun eversince.
