Bad Service - Cibo at Trinoma. Naku! May isang waiter dun na sobrang tamad. As in! Una, may hiningi kami sa kanya tapos ang bagal nyang kumilos so pinabayaan nalang namin. Tapos pinapa-open siya ng door kasi may papasok na customer pero nag-make face pa siya bago niya gawin. Tapos yung inutos namin nakalimutan niya!

we don't eat out na after a series (and a lot of them!) of unhygienic experiences :/
jollibee - the server had a flu & hub got it! & may unknown thing on top of the sundae. I don't want to know what it is
chowking - lizard's poop on top of the congee
subway - bad customer relations
max's - another server with a flu

maski dito sa abroad hindi kami nakakatakas sa ganyan. after watching a series of program about this hygiene control officer going around london checking restaurants' kitchens, we would never eat anything na hindi ko nakitang iprep & lutuin. BTW, my dad works in a restaurant in europe & my bro once worked in chowking, & they both won't eat in a restaurant/fastfood as well :/

Whew. After reading all of your posts, i felt blessed kasi so far wala pa naman akong mga bad experiences tulad ng sa inyo. 

Gerry's @ SM North & MOA: Nice and attentive staff, good food, accomodating servers. I will definitely go back.

Mang Inasal Victory Mall & SM North: I like their rice all you can. Ok naman ang food. Medyo mabagal lang ang pagluto sa crispy kangkong but ok lang kasi fresh at crispy talaga.

Italianni's MOA: Nice staff, good food din. A little bit pricey but worth it.

Good service: Friday's Trinoma. Aside from the great food they serve, take note: they serve their food hot unlike their other branches na parang hindi bagong luto, all the staffs are very friendly.

sinabi mo pa sis! even just for a glass of water .. sobrang tagal! lalo na pagdating sa payment ... tagal din bumalik sa yo yung barya mo.

dapat yata pag half way na sa food, e nagbabayad na  kasi after  kumain at magkwentuhan, anjan na yung sukli.

Persia Grill at Paseo Center - disorganized at wala pa rin system; my officemates like to eat here so I have no choice but to go with them.  Tagal na namin dito nagla-lunch, laging may nakakalimutang order or 50 years bago dumating yung order.  Hindi na nila naayos yung system nila. 

Mura lang kasi at ok naman yung food pero if I had a choice, I'll go to Soho Tea House na lang.

my friend and i was at moa earlier and we ate at tgif.  the food came late as expected, but the waitresses here don't linger in one table and i appreciate that   when i called the other waitress for another plate so i can take out half of my tuscan vegetable sandwich, mabilis naman, and she was fast with refilling our coke without us asking for her.

Max Greenhills.... sobrang bagal ibigay ang bill...

it took me 15 mins to ask for my bill... kasi lahat feeling busy... kahit dumaan sa tabi mo di ka titignan... tapos when i asked for my bill, it took again so long for them to bring it to me... so finally hinarang ko ang isang waitress, i told her that the bill needs to be on my table in 5 minutes or i will leave the restaurant without paying.... ayan... dumating in less than a minute

Did you and your husband actually ate at jollibee that day?

The manager did not apologize kasi baka there was no proof na nabastos kayo. For all she knows prank call yun and sinisiraan  lang yung staff.  If you went sa branch where the guy works, bought food and made a complaint right then and there, I bet nag apologize yung guy sayo.

hindi po kame kumain that day,kc palabas pa lang po kame sa palmera,pagliko namin asa likod namin [textspeak!] at dun na [textspeak!] nagtatalak sa'men..

Good service: Banana Leaf, The Block. we had refillable iced tea and the waitstaff kept refilling our glasses. They always give us booths even if it's usually just me and my sister. Unlike sa:

Bad Service: Shakey's SM Marilao. my sister and i were their only customers at that time. we got a booth. Aba pinalipat kami nung manager sa table with two chairs.

bakit ba parang ambagal sa northpark mines was in sm bicutan. grabe! hindi naman peak hours pero sa lahat mabagal.

bad service - savory sm san lazaro branch.mabilis naman kaso parang mahina sa instruction ang crew.sabi ni husband...isang mineral water...binigay yun bill namin.tapos pinatake out naman yun leftover.inisa isa ang abot...
Tapos si hubby nagpay na...nakatalikod yun girl parang yun kamay lang yun pangkuha niya ...nainis si hubby...hinila niya si napaharap yun girl...nagsorry naman sila sa lahat ng faults nila in fairness pero nabastusan lang talaga si hubby...
i'm sure di na kami kakain diyan.knowing yan asawa ko...personal yan eh...hehe saka yun food..nothing spectacular...nothing special.sana sa iba na lang kami kumain..mahal din eh.

Gloria Maris Greenhills... grabe... bilis ng service... sobrang attentive ng mga waiters.... it makes me wonder kung nagmamadali ba sila kasi maaga kami and they are expecting more guests to come kasi weekend... but anyway... kudos for fast and efficient service...
