sunday, july 12 around 4pm in palmera spring, we are driving an owner type jeep, my husband was fixing the side mirror when a delivery rider of jollibee zabarte get close to the driver seat and told to my husband "ang sama mong makatingin ah, anong problema mo?" we we're both shock since we are not aware that my husband who was just fixing the side mirror look at him that way. we we're both speechless..how could jollibee hired an employee with an attitude like this guy?imagine your employee wearing his jollibee uniform approaching one of your potential customer (actually hindi lang potential coz honestly we always eat in jollibee)..is this the way you trained your crews?

we called the manager but we didn't even get an apology from her..the guy's name is martilando taladtad..

nakakalungkot lang kc during my college days, i also worked for a food chain so why would we do that sa isang crew diba? galing din ako dun kaya sobrang mabait ako sa mga crew kc i know the nature..

pwede ba dito delivery service?

1) mcdo-isang beses tumawag ako para magpa deliver ng cheeseburger meal tapos sabi sa akin nung nakausap ko wala na daw silang pickles. how can you ran out of pickles diba?

2) jollibee-just last saturday nagpa deliver ako tapos after ilang minutes after ko mag place ng order tumawag sila ulit para lang sabihin sa akin na wala na daw softdrinks sa nearest branch ng bahay namin. again, how can you ran out of softdrinks? tapos i cancelled na lang the softdrinks, sabi ko hindi na lang meal. nagka problem pa din kasi hindi ko na meet yung minimum of 200 so sabi ko peach mango pie na lang. wala na din daw. hay nainis na lang ako kaya i cancelled the whole order na lang.

sis, it happens kapag naubusan na ng supply for the day ...

as for jollibee, depende din kung anong oras ka na umorder for delivery, kasi if its daytime, surely, marami pang stocks pero pag gabi na, malamang, ubos na ang supplies

Did you and your husband actually ate at jollibee that day?

The manager did not apologize kasi baka there was no proof na nabastos kayo. For all she knows prank call yun and sinisiraan  lang yung staff.  If you went sa branch where the guy works, bought food and made a complaint right then and there, I bet nag apologize yung guy sayo.

TGIF in trinoma has lousy service.  I read about it here if I'm not mistaken pero I disregarded it, totoo pala.

Sobrang tagal pala talaga ng service nila. Tagal lumapit ng server, nakikipagbolahan pa kasi sa customers bago asikasuhin yung iba.  Sobrang tagal nung order ng friend ko pati salad ko.  Pati take out ko talagang sobrang tagal.  2 lang kami and more than 1,500 order namin kasi may gift certificate kami from the discount card we bought, kunwari bawal daw gamitin agad sabi ng server pero nakuha daw sa pilit. Honestly if binilisan lang niya pag kilos niya, no need for boladas nagbibigay kami ng tip kahit may 10% service charge sila.  Sa mga nasa trinoma, if talagang gutom kayo, sa fish and co. nalang kayo, same company lang naman pero mas maayos service nila.

^i agree sa TGIF trinoma... i don't know if it's only me basta i felt that namimili sila ng customer... when we went in, we were not hungry but we opted to eat coz the movie we're gonna watch is kinda long para hindi magutom... konti lang order namin... yung kumuha ng order parang nagpout pa ata.. basta i'm not going back there anymore... imagine mahal ang food, may service charge na... pangit pa service sa tao...

^^d pa siguro napapalitan crew ng tgif trinoma hehe kasi katulad ng napansin nyo yung naishare ko rin dito sa GT pero last yr pa yun e. Hilig tumambay sa table ng iba customers na sobrang chumika pag tawagin ang attention nila para makapag order na e paghihintayin pa.

ikaw pala nagpost nun. i remember the server, may itsura and may braces siya.  and when we were asking naman for other servers to attend to us, ang tagal din.  and the receipts have a dedication from the server indirectly asking for a bigger tip, to think the service sucks. i really don't recommend eating there, unless willing to wait kayo.

a couple of weeks ago nag complain ako sa drive thru ng mcdonalds alabang (town center).

it was around 4am and i was on my way home from my shift. i was really hungry so i decided to drive thru.  they only had one window open (the last one; usually they would have 2....one where you pay for your order and the last window would be where you would pick up).  anyway, this time you order and pay at the last window.  there was a car before me, mga 4 ang sakay.  it took the people at the window quite a while for their orders to be given to them.  and when the orders came, etong nasa car, ang kapal ng mukha, they kept on ordering and ordering more food. i literally spent around 15 minutes just stuck in the drive thru!  nagalit talaga ako and complained to the manager. they should have a procedure so that won't happen. dapat pinatabi nila yung isang car if they had additional orders.    i think the people in the car ordered 3 or 4 additional times. ilang beses silang nagbayad at binigyan ng resibo!

when i complained they just blamed the people in the car before mine. ang dami daw pahabol na order!  sa inis at galit ko i ended up not buying anything at all kahit gutom na gutom na ako!

Bad/Worst:
Flying Pig - we ordered a risotto dish. My friend noticed na medyo half cooked yung rice in the middle of her dish and asked if they can do something about the dish. Normally dba, restos will REPLACE the dish if may nagcomplain. But no, Flying pig's staff just REHEATED our dish and placed in a cleaner plate. HOW STUPID dba?
We kept asking for 5 glasses of water and ang binigay lang is 1 glass. Sana if the place is packed with customers...pero hindi naman.
We were not given complimentary breads, no one assisted us to be seated. Tapos the waiter got our orders mixed up with another table.

Hindi lang sa table namin sila ganon, other tables were treated the same way kasi ang tagal makuha ng orders nung ibang families.

Don't eat here. and the food? VERY BAD.

Chowking: nung una yung binigay na spoon for halo halo pagkaalis sa papel, puno ng dumi parang hindi pa nahuhugasan basta nilagyan lang ng papel na pambalot nila. Next puro kalawang naman yung spoon. hay nako. & ang hirap magrequest sa kanila like pagnag ask ka ng maayos kung pwedeng humingi ng kung anuman, sasabihin lang nila opo pero hindi na babalik syo.

@nicoletta, am not sure if post ko yun nabasa mo sis pero parehas na parehas tayo ng experience and pinost ko yun dito sa GT last year. D na kami bumalik dun, pag gusto namin mag tgif sa rembrandt na lang kami kahit ang luma na oks na rin kesa lousy ang serbidora.

Good service - Gloria Maris Greenhills. We always dined there. Mababait and prompt yung mga waiters. Pati si Manager mabait din

Bad service - Cyma Greenbelt. May isang waiter dun na akala mo kung sino at parang naiinis pa siya na may hinihingi ka sa kanya.

i've experienced bad service last night at KFC congressional.. ewan ko ba bakit grabe yung bagal nila kagabi, tsaka parang inaattentive yung girl na nasa counter, eh super gutom na kami.. pero yung isa naman nilang crew ok naman, lagi nya kami pinupuntahan to check if we need something..
