chowking quiapo.. kakainis yun parang hindi tinrain yung mga tao nila na maging nice sa customers tapos SOBRANG DUMI pa grabe kadiri.. hinding hindi na ko babalik dun.. di ko sure pero na feature yata yang resto na yan somewhere sa tv imbestigador yata ang dumi kasi..

Pancake-bonifacio high st., twice na nangyari kaya i will post na dito na kulang yata sa training wait staff dun. Puro daldalan ang alam kaya tagal kumilos, tubig lang halos 15 minutes ang inabot bago naiserve.

  My last visit to Banana Leaf was three years ago --- love the food but service sucks --- isa-isa ang dating ng orders, sobrang bagal.

  Another Bad Service: Mongkok Sta. Lucia (iba aura ng mga nagse-serve dun hehe).

  Good Service: Figaro Brickroad and Figaro Sta. Lucia Mall

date: everytime i eat there but these incidents happened a few months ago

verdict: thumbs up

incident:

the servers are always courteous but one time, when we complained that there was something swimming in the soup (of the day), the manager approached us, apologized, said that they won't charge us for the soup and gave us a privilege card for the trouble.

there was also another instance that the cookie of the skillet cookie sundae we ordered was not chewy, medyo matigas. again, the manager personally apologized and said they would replace the dish.

madali silang kausap and seldom do we experience managers coming up to us and personally apologizing so i see this as a thumbs up. sa iba kasi minsan kailangan mang-away ka pa tapos hindi sila apologetic.

the last time i ate here sa glorietta it wasn't as tasty na as before

Good Earth's (Greenbelt 3) service has really deteriorated. Last month we had lunch there - it took them 30 minutes to serve the food. Today, we waited 1 hour!!! We wanted to leave already kaso wala lang ako sa mood mag maldita kanina. When we tried to order additional 1 cup of rice, ang sagot sa amin ng waitress marami pa daw nakapila kaya matatagalan. Grabe, just for 1 cup of rice.

Today is the last time i will eat there.

i don't know why, gusto ko yung food sa teriyaki boy pero never yata akong nagkatanggap ng good service from them.  kahit saang branch.  kaya hindi na lang ako kumakain dun.  parang may sumpa.

i love the service at sango! burgers, though.  dalawa lang ang branches nila pero accomodating at laging proactive ang crew.  good job!

shakey's sm north. andaming dining staff pero lahat halos andun sa mag counter at nakikipagchikahan. kala namin dati, nagkataon lang na di okey mga crew nung time na yun. pero 2nd, 3rd time. ganun pa din. nung last na punta namin, andami ngang nagalit na customer, simpleng iced tea refill, 30minutes!! panu, andun na naka-petiks yung mga crew. isa lang nakikita namin na as in masipag kumilos.

Is this the one at the 2F Main Bldg? Ganito pa rin ba sila? The last time I dined there was more than 8 years ago. As in yan din ang gawain nila.

^^speaking of teriyaki boy, bad service na na-experience ko talaga sa sm megamall brance as in sobrang baal ng service.. walang makitang waiter/crew samantalang ang konti lang ng customers, teriyako boy in trinoma medyo okei ng konti.. okei yung sa teriyaki boy eastwood

Bad Service:Gerry's Grill (Glorietta) -- Sobrang tagal i-serve ang orders tapos 'di attentive ang waiters! Sayang lang yung refillable iced tea namin kasi once lang yata kami narefillan..Amps!

This is one thing I hate which has happened to me a couple of times at fast foods, and I recently experienced this at Sbarro MOA yesterday: I find it really rude when servers/waiters/ busboys start clearing up your table, in front of you, while you're still seated. I had lunch at Sbarro MOA and I had finished my meal but I was still finishing my drink. Lumapit si waiter habang nainom pa ako and asked if pwede nang kunin yung plate ko. Sa gulat ko pumayag na lang ako. But when he started taking my Pellegrino bottle (which I had emptied into my glass), I put my foot down and said, "Hindi ba pwedeng matapos muna ako?" The waiter barely mumbled an apology and then left.

Sobrang nairita talaga ako. Ano 'yon, pinagmamadali ako? Sa inis ko kumuha na lang ako ng comment card and wrote down my complaint. I did it in front of the cashiers, so sana lang nabasa na nila 'yon at sana nga naiparating na sa crew nila.

We ate at Max's Blue Wave last night for dinner.  The food is as good as expected.  But then I noticed a baby ipis in the wall beside our table.  And then we lost our appetite.  We didn't make a scene and we didn't make a noise about it.  We just called the attendants attention to do something about it.  She was on her hands and knees on the floor to catch the rodent.  Well, she did her best naman.

At least now they know they have to have pest control.

Sis, sorry sa pagiging OC, pero hindi po rodent ang ipis. Ang 'rodents' po ay mga daga. Insekto po ang ipis.

Bad service we experienced is in chowking tapat ng baclaran church, tapos na kaming kumain ni hubby wala pa yung siopao na inorder namin, dumami na ang kumain at
nabigyan ng waiter but no sign of our siopao. Hindi na kami uulit dito. hindi rin
ok ang lugar in terms of cleanliness

Actually sis parang lahat naman yata ng Chowking branches ganyan, lalo na sa cleanliness bagsak talaga. Isama mo pa yung mga lumiit na serving sizes.

Most recent good experience that i had was at Stars and Stripe Resto at MOA, very nice and accomodating mga tao, service is fast, food is good as well

Bad: El Pollo Loco MOA it was my friend who literally dragged me in that place as i refused to eat there dahil aura pa lang parang walang kabuhay buhay and true enough pag pasok [textspeak!] parang spooky yung place, at walang kalatoy latoy ang mga attendant para ngang gusto ko na lang ibigay sa kanila yung order namin dahil mukhang di pa sila kumakain

Bad: This resto in Baguio its in Session Rd sadly i cant remember the name but they serve pasta, pizza, etc. Anyways we just arrived from Manila and obviously tired so we headed there since its the only opened establishment at that time and may mga tao. I complained about the pasta na matigas and sobrang konting sauce basta kinuha ang plate and pronto pagbalik i got myself pasta sinigang as in sinabawan [textspeak!] pasta siguro binuhusan ng mainit na tubig para lumambot at the same time mag mukhang marami yung sauce it was so rude for them to do that

nung thurs. me and hubby ate at tempura sa may convergys building. i ordered a chilli mobo tofu ramen for hubby like i always did, at pagserve nila chilli mobo tofu don. so instead na noodles rice yung sinerve nila. the waiter was arguing pa. nung tapos na kaming kumain and asked for the bill, hala mga 20 mins pa kami nagintay. kung di ko pa i-follow up di nila kami iinform na sira pala yung computer nila kaya di maprint yung bill. sa inis ko sa service nila nag-take kami ng survey at di kami nagiwan ng tip! saka napansin pa ni hubby na di ganun kasarap yung food nila compared sa tempura na kinakainan namin sa atc.

if i were in your shoes i'll ask them if they'll eat that pasta sinigang that they served me.
