hindi ko alam kung bakit nauso yung mga hotline #s ng mga fastfoods for delivery..ok lang sana kung efficient e,kaso madalas hindi prompt ang delivery..around october last year,medyo maulan so we decided to call chowking nal ang to deliver our lunch dito sa office..mga 10am siguro tumawag na kami sa hotline nila para mag-order for delivery ng lunch time..we even asked kung saang branch ifo-forward yung order namin & we even suggested na may mas malapit na chowking sa office namin at kami na lang tatawag directly,pero hindi nila binigay..hiningi pa yung contact# namin to confirm daw yung delivery..walang tumawag..around 12nn,wala pa din..12:15pm,wala pa din,we decided to call na(sa hotline pa rin kasi they don't give out the branch #s)..ang sabi pine-prepare pa,mga 30mins. pa daw..e ang aga namin tinawag di ba..so pina-cancel na namin,tapos sabi nung nakausap namin,tatawag pa daw sila ulit sa min to confirm yung cancellation..so binigay na lang namin yung cellphone # namin in case na tatawag sila since magla-lunch out na lang kami..wala naman tumawag..come 2pm,may naghahanap sa kin para daw sa order namin from chowking!!! ..as in naloka ako!!..sabi ko pina-cancel na namin yun..kahit naawa kami dun sa nagdeliver,hindi namin yun tinanggap,kasi ang lousy ng service e ..tsaka hindi na namin makakain yun noh..hayy...

kainis yung service ng kfc sa may caltex buendia, bwisit na bwisit kami ng parents ko! pano ba naman, nag-order kami ng bucket meal, tapos yung chicken may konting dugo-dugo pa.

nireklamo namin sa manager tapos sabi ng manager juicy lang daw talaga ang chicken nila! hello! iba naman yung juicy sa madugong chicken! kesyo naka-timer daw kung lutuin yung chicken! eh kahit na ba naka-timer eh, kung di pa talaga luto yung chicken dapat lutuin nila before i-serve sa customers!

tapos ang ginawa lang ng manager, they fried our chicken again! sabi ng ate ko (she works for kfc's main office kasi) bawal ibalik yung chicken sa fryer pag na-serve na sa customers. the manager should have replaced the chicken. parang ang unhygeinic nga ng ginawa niya eh, kaya di na namin kinain yung chicken!

such a waste of time & money! kumain na lang kami sa ibang restaurant.

i love kfc's chicken kaya madalas kami kumain dun, pero sana naman i-improve nila yung customer service nila, kasi mawawalan sila ng customer sa ginagawa nila! or better yet, make sure they assign competent people on the job, di katulad nung manager na nakausap namin!

had dinner at bubba gump trinoma last night.

my dad ordered hte new orleans steak. masarap siya but half of the piece was litid.

so we asked if the steak is measured by weight. kasi if so, lugi kami kasi di naman makain halos half of it.

then the server got the leftover steak i guess so she could show it to the check or the manager.

wala pang 1 minute later, the manager approached us to apologize. di daw kasi nila makita kung may litid yung piece unless they slice it up raw or cooked. he offered to replace it but my dad no more na. then the manager said they will strike the item off the bill na lang if it's ok with us. and he kept on apologizing.

nainis yung dad ko kasi di niya masyadong na-enjoy yung food niya but we were happy that the manager personally approached us to apologize and asked us how they could make it up to us.

i think that is good customer service.

This happened weeks ago.  I forgot to post.

HEALTHIE FRUIT SHAKE @ SM LP <--BAD! SO BAD!

Around 8:30 pm, nagcrave ako sa Strawberry Shake. Mura lang ang shakes nila so why not diba? Pagpunta ko sa store nila (located at the Food Court), nagmomop na yung isang tindera kasi 9pm ang sara ng SM diba. Pagkatapos magmop, binanlawan niya yung MOP dun mismo sa LABABO kung saan sila naghuhugas ng dishes!

Then I ordered Strawberry.  Yung sinundan kong order, mango or ube ata ang shake niya. Imagine, pagkabuhos ng shake nung naunang customer, nilagay na agad nung tindera yung strawberries, ice & syrup sa blender without washing it!!

I told her, "Wala na ba kayong blender? Dapat banlawan mo man lang yan..."
Tindera: "Ganun din naman po yan, fruit din yan."
ME: "No, you should wash it first. I ordered PURE STRAWBERRY. Not a mixture of two fruits."

So ang ginawa niya, punta sa lababo at binuhos yung laman ng blender sa maliit na cup, hoping na salain yung strawberries.  Unfortunately, yung ibang strawberries, nahulog sa lababo!!!! Tapos get this, kinamay niya yung mga nahulog at ibinalik sa cup!

I told her, "Don't tell me you still plan to use that?!"
Sabi niya, hindi naman daw madumi kasi fruits lang naman daw ang hinuhugasan sa lababo
Sabi ko, "Hello, kanina lang kaya, diyan hinugasan yung mop!!!"

So alis na lang ako.
Kadiri talaga. Super turn off.  Hinding-hindi na ako bibili dun.

^at sis kadiri talaga kasi imagine, nagawa niya yun na nakaharap ako... Ano pa kayang pinaggagagawa nila kapag walang nakaharap na customer?!  Ewww... Now, I doubt if their fruits are that fresh & clean.

We ate at Max's Blue Wave last night for dinner.  The food is as good as expected.  But then I noticed a baby ipis in the wall beside our table.  And then we lost our appetite.  We didn't make a scene and we didn't make a noise about it.  We just called the attendants attention to do something about it.  She was on her hands and knees on the floor to catch the rodent.  Well, she did her best naman.

At least now they know they have to have pest control.

Hindi masyadong marami yung tao kasi late na, around 2pm
When we got there wala man lang nageentertain sa mga pumapasok na customers.
Andami nilang idle na waiters pero wala talagang lumapit for our orders, kelangan mo pa silang tawagin.

last week, we ate at chowking muñoz at about 10:30, we were craving for something "mainit" na food, so i opted for chicken congee, si BF beef mami, pork siomai at gyoza ...

so, upo na kami ... wait ng orders ... after 12 minutes [may clock kasi don, so time ni BF], nagtaka kami kasi yung 2 customers after ni BF, serve na yung food nila, platter yata yun, yung maraming food items [dunno kung platter tawag don] ... so tinawag namin yung isang crew, to remind yung order namin  ... pagdating ng 20 minutes na, dumating na yung beef mami, siomai at gyoza, pineapple juices, yung congee [LUGAW], WALA pa rin ... so wait ulit kmi ... after 5 minutes saka lang dumating yung lugaw ko .. ngayon ginawa ni BF, pinatawag yung manager–– which again took 4 minutes para bumaba at puntahan kami ..

ang tanong ni BF, yung clock ba na  naka-post sa wall, synchronized sa time sa cashier? [OO [textspeak!] nga manager] kasi kung pareho lang sila, it took 25 minutes para lang mabigyan kami ng lugaw ...  and it took 4 minutes for you to come down para kausapin kaming customer ...  nawalan na kami ng ganang kumain, might as well take out na lang namin ..." take out na nga lang namin .. tapos wala man lang pa-kunswelo, pantanggal ng inis dahil sa bad service ...

na-overlook [textspeak!] daw ng cook, haller 25 minutes -- lugaw lang. e, tatakalin lang naman nila, unless papakuluan pa yung bigas.

great service: friday's in bonifacio high street.

went there with a friend on a saturday night. it was busy busy busy. the place was packed. but they seated us right away and was served really well by everyone. by the end of the evening, the manager even gave us a voucher for a free liempo (which we will claim this weekend). fridays really has good service. super worth every penny spent there.

GOOD SERVICE - Alex III in Greenhills branch

We were having our dinner when suddenly a fly swam in my half- consumed drink, I called the attention of the waiter (Im not sure if he's a waiter or what since he wears more decent uniform than the other waiters there) and told him that there was a fly in my drink so he took my drink and told me that he'll replace it but I lost my craving for it, what he did was he deducted my drink from our bill..
good service for me since he initiated to solve the problem.. I didn't talk or explained too much at all!

Starbucks Connecticut - lousy service.  Not too many people.  Ordered for take out.  Complained when two customers got their orders ahead of me - when nauna naman ako.  Complained to the barista - don't you practice the first come first serve policy here?  He told me mas mabilis daw gawin the other orders!!!!

The service in KFC PeopleSupport Center sucks!!! Everytime we get our meals there, the lines are too long and only two or three counters are open for the customers. Tapos extremes pa ang ugali ang staff: either sobrang enthusiastic, yung iba naman sobrang tinatamad yata o puyat o pagod na pagod na.





actually lahat yata ng kfc like that..my father in law was confined in makati med he is a senior citizen he told me to order for him chicken from kfc..he gave a letter with his signature and ofcourse his senior card....imagine di nila tinangap!! kailangan daw yung senior mismo yung pupunta...eh sabi ko nasa ospital sya eh i can even show you the records if you want...in the end umalis nalang ako...when my father in law found ou...naku nagsumbong kaagad sa city hall and he even wrote mayor binay ...its not naman sa discount but its their privilage eh...ayon gagawan daw nila ng action lets see nalang

We have given suggestions to the manager but until now, wala pa rin.

I hope they do something about it.

One time at Olive Garden super tagal namin naghintay for our food then lumapit yung chef samin and said na it's on the house na raw 'cause we waited so long. So yun, ang ginastos lang is the tip for the waiter.

Pancake-Bonifacio High Street....the whole family went their to dine.  We waited for 30 minutes before our foods were served.  But unfortunately the waitress approached us that the chicken that we ordered was not available...after 30 minutes ganon ang sasabihin!!!!e gutom na un nag order nun.....ayun late pa din un pinalit na food...hayyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!sakit pa sa ulo nun color ng interior nila....
