shakey's sm north. andaming dining staff pero lahat halos andun sa mag counter at nakikipagchikahan. kala namin dati, nagkataon lang na di okey mga crew nung time na yun. pero 2nd, 3rd time. ganun pa din. nung last na punta namin, andami ngang nagalit na customer, simpleng iced tea refill, 30minutes!! panu, andun na naka-petiks yung mga crew. isa lang nakikita namin na as in masipag kumilos.

shakey's ATC - good service.

the waiters are very attentive. iniisip ko palang, dumadating sa sila to ask kung anong kelangan namin. parang may ESP.

good service- recently, tasty dumplings in ongpin. friendly and mabilis yung staff.

bad service- KFC sm san lazaro branch. I ordered large fries, pinaghintay nila ako for 15 minutes eh nakita ko namang may available fries sila to be served. When I asked the manager about my order, she said na wala pa raw (parang maarte pa yung pagkasabi niya). I asked the crew why they weren't doing anything samantalang may available fries naman. Hindi nalang ako nagreklamo since even the manager was kind of rude. Then nakita ko nalang nag-aaway na silang lahat sa counter.

^ geez, you should have walked away and found another place! that was awful! i hate when resto/coffeel shop management does that. surprisingly, it is the smaller players who act like that when they are the ones so in need of business to come in. buti pa sa starbucks or coffee bean, ive stayed there with many classmates to do school work and not once, have we ever been turned away when we stayed more than an hour.

^Naku sis, we wanted to walk away.  But it was raining hard.  And they called and texted friday na, so it was too late for us to tell the group about a change in venues.

Starbucks and Coffee Bean actually have more people spending hours in their shops, using electricity to plug in laptops and cellphone chargers, and they treat them with courtesy and pleasantness just the same.

good food, but not so bad service

10 kmi, nag-lunch out kami last week sa ice cream house @ banaue area, we ordered for their bangus belly, teriyaki and pesto-based, alam naman naming matagal talaga i-serve ang food, dahil piniprito nila [textspeak!] bangus belly, so ang style ng pagbigay ng food, by three's ... so at first ok pa ... then hanggang 9 plates na ang na-serve ... problem, yung mismong naglibre sa amin ng lunch, mag-a-ala-una na, wala pa rin yung order niya, so panay na ang follow up namin, kasi almost finish na kami ... nainis na yung isang kasama namin, kasi kapag follow up namin, kunwari follow up din sa loob ng kitchen, paulit-ulit na ganun ang ginagawa, yun pala, may nangyayari ng aberya sa loob ng kitchen, kasi inatake daw yung isang kasama nila at hindi maka-hinga ... saka lang sinabi yun nung binigay na yung order.

sabi namin, sana nung time na panay ang follow-up namin, sinabi na agad nila yung situation, para nakapag-place ng ibang order, hindi yung ipaghihintay pa namin na maluto yung naunang order e may aberya na pala sa loob... besides may ibang crew naman na pwedeng gumawa non ...

panay ang sorry nung manager, pero, sorry lang, wala na .. tapos na, nalipasan na ng gutom yung may birthday .. hindi na kami kakain don ...

yesterday's lunch buffet at SPIRAL! super bad service! may lamok pa yung cup na binigay nila sa daughter ko!
the waiter offered to bring the tempura sauce to our table pero di dumating! asked for ice, 1 oras bago nakarating. spoon and fork para sa bata, 3 x ko pang hiningi pati yung tea. hirap pa tawagin yung mga waiters!
ewan ko ba! it was never like this last week!

good service: burgoo at gateway im not sure kung dahil konti lang yung tao nung time nayun or they really offer good service.

bad service: giligans at festival mall.. i will not forget my experience here.. nag-away kame ng bf ko dahil sa mga waiters nila na sobrang tagal.. they do not have service charge pero hello they could at least offer fair service.

another bad service: don hen at malate sa harap or likod ng rob malate. OMG, ang tagal ng service nila tapos they served rice na hilaw pa. pinkahuli na sinerve yung rice hindi pa luto. pinalitan naman nila kaso busog na yung nagorder sa amin kaya di na rin nakain yun. mabibilang ata ang crew nila dito. kaya ngcomment talaga kame dun sa survey form nila na magdagdag sila ng crew. yung ratio ng customers nila ay hindi nagmamatch sa crew nila.

It would be great if all of the owners of restaurants/fast foods  provided an email address or cell number for complaints.  Not only would they know what the complaints are but the people working for them would be more careful with the type of service they give.  Most of the time even if you complain sa manager they don't inform the owners - they keep quiet about it kasi they will also be reprimanded...  Ofcourse we all want to get our money's worth...

The service in KFC PeopleSupport Center sucks!!! Everytime we get our meals there, the lines are too long and only two or three counters are open for the customers. Tapos extremes pa ang ugali ang staff: either sobrang enthusiastic, yung iba naman sobrang tinatamad yata o puyat o pagod na pagod na.

We have given suggestions to the manager but until now, wala pa rin.

I hope they do something about it.

some actually do, diba may survey after mo mag-dine.. starbucks nga, they give free coffee when you participate eh... kaya lang KFC (same example again, obviously inis ako sa cust service nila) will not do that, kase hindi nila alam ang ibig sabihin nito.

i am never satisfied with pancake house, sunog ang pancake and my then 5 yr old niece said the syrup is too heavy.
