hindi na ba niluluto yung bawang ? or gumagamit lang kayo ng garlic powder then imimix nyo na sa ibang ingredients? wala talaga akong idea sa paggawa nito eh hehe

I made aioli sauce and I used fresh garlic :) I used it on my toasts, but if you want a dip, you can add mayo or sourcream.

Mine is butter and minced garlic lang.  Put it in the microwave for few minutes hanggang matunaw ang butter then ok na sya.

Is there a healthier version that doesn't make use of store bought mayo? Tia!

i made this just the other day: grated garlic no need to cook, onion springs for the crunch and yogurt, a little salt according to your taste lang. sarap! i suggest using it at once or kahit a day after, tutal madali sha gawin coz i don't know how long it will keep sa ref coz of the yogurt. and also, i used regular creamy yogurt. hope that helps!

mas gusto ko din yogurt ang base sa garlic sauce, eto recipe ko

yogurt
cream cheese (konte lang)
garlic, kidney bean size or less for 1/4 cup ng yogurt/cream cheese mixture
salt and pepper to taste
lemon/calamansi juice (optional kung yogurt na ang base mo, pero kung mayo, lagi ako naglalagay)

For me, (for milder garlic taste but still yummy) I roast my garlic sa oven. I use 50% less fat na mayo, chopped roasted garlic, salt and pepper, paprika, konting lemon and sugar/splenda. Mix all the ingredients. Ayun garlic dip :)

I just mix shredded garlic, mayo, black ground pepper, add a pinch of salt. Yun na.
Pwede din garlic powder ang gamitin instead of fresh garlic.

If not for the middle-eastern restaurant I was brought to by a friend of mine, I never would have discovered such delicious dip T_T <|3

I tasted a quesadilla.. same standard quesadilla but I tried it with the dip and I felt like "OMFG Delicious" and I hoarded everything into my mouth. Baboy lang hahaha I just fell in love with the dip ^_^
