^ sis, ang pagkakaalam ko, mahihirapan ka talagang maghanap sa net.  para kasing trade secret yun eh.  syempre, they won't share yung recipes nila kasi malalaman ng lahat, (1) magkakaron ang competitors nila ng idea kung paano nila pagiigihin ng mga own products nila [competitors] (2) pag nalaman ng mga consumers, baka hindi na sila pumunta sa jollibee since they can cook it the way jollibee is cooking it. bababa ang profit  ng jollibee

yup mahihirapan ka talaga saka sa jollibee po is may SOP sila.. saka they have their own producers of products po..i work in jollibee when i was 18 pero as a cashier.. nakikita ko lang po sa kitchen ginagawa nila..

Nakapag inspect na hubs ko sa jollibee store eh and he told me na naka foil packed na daw ang sauce pag dinadala sa stores.... kumbaga ready made na iinitin nalang..

yup sis naka foil pack nga pero yung nasa loob nun viena sausage daw.. sarap db? teka why mo nga pala gusto malaman recipe nun sis?

e kasi sis yon lang kinakain anak ko now.. eh mahal naman kaya kung bili ako ng hehe db?
yeah nalasahan ko nga vienna pero how abt the ham? luncheon meat nga kaya yon?

ahh i see try mo lang lasahan always ang spag ng jollibee para masanay ka then compare it the way you cook of spag..di ba?.. mas masarap din kasi na sa sarili natin taste iluto yon para mas maging healthy si baby.. try it sis

para ngang pureed processed meats ang nalalasahan ko.  Yeah more like vienna pero hindi maanghang. There is also a little bit of pureed red and green bellpeppers going on in the smell of the sauce.  I'm eating it right now.  Maybe you can try the sweet blend types spag. sauce (Pinoy style) not the Italian ones coz its sour and "herby".  Kids, well not all,  don't like herby sauces.

hunt's tomato sauce gamit ko tas nilalagyan ko ng maraming asukal. dagdag din ng UFC ketchup para konting anghang.

this is what we use at home too! UFC ketchup, tomato sauce, sugar, garlic and onions and lots and lots of freshly crushed black pepper

try to sautee the meat with butter,add a lil bit of liver spread and brown sugar..its not the actual jollibee spag but close..

my friend says there's soy sauce in the recipe..
i can't tell.. i worked at mcD a long time ago and
all sauces just need to be heated.

i used to work sa universal robina.. jollibee orders the hunts tomato sauce bulk order.

^so hunt's pala gamit nila? pero hindi maasim ha... ako, ni-try ko lagyan ng condensed milk instead of sugar. mas masarap nga, pero hindi ko pa din makuha yung jollibee taste talaga.

i also use UFC catsup and recently, ni-try ko yung bestfoods. mas matamis sya pero hindi gaanong malasa. dapat madaming sahog na meat.

experiment na lang tayo. sana may mag-share pag na-perfect na nya.
