joining..

mga sis i also want to try this.. i'm worry lang about my breast, di ba masakit to sa breast, aside from support bra what else ang pwede to prevent the pain. please share your tips. thanks!
I needed to buy a set of Nike sports bras when I'd do jump rope...I first bought mga cheap sports bras, but they weren't sufficient. The Nike sports bras really helped keep my ladies in place, without any pain. Then again, I'm not really that blessed. :P

I do this kasi it's part of my Muay Thai/Boxing training. I just do 3 3min rounds, 30 secs break. I think it does wonders to my legs hehe  ;)

i do this when it's part of the warmup for crossfit, usually 200 lang. pero feeling ko ang bagal ko kasi when i watch others do it ang bilis nila. minsan double unders pa.

Yes, kailangan parin ng proper cushioning for your feet. Jump rope is high impact so don't just start agad-agad. stretching first (especially the calves), and wear proper footwear. also, it helps if the floor is "softer" (may mat/ carpet/ made from wood, etc). HTH
