^ It can help, but it also depends on your body's predilection to burn fat, and your diet.

Yes, you must wear a good pair of workout shoes/sneakers. I don't know how you can stand doing it barefoot.

Hi sisses! I'd like to try this! Hehe. Punta kaming Coron end of this month and I tried proper diet, kaya lang, wa-epek sa tummy and puson ko eh.  :D I weight 110 lbs, height is 5'1"... Abot pa kaya?  :D

Ask ko na din if it's okay to take a bath after skipping rope? Mejo busy ako sa work kasi, but I figured I can just wake up early to skip rope... Tapos eat then take a bath? Okay lang kaya yun?

Thanks in advance!  ;D

sabi naman ng volleyball prof namin nung college, kung maliligo ka daw dapat habang basa ka pa ng pawis. wag na patuyuin kasi more prone sa pasma. ano ba talaga? hehe  ???

So I guess it's better to rest muna before taking a bath... Ok na kaya 30 mins mga sis? And is a warm bath better?

Sorry... I wanna start skipping rope na, but because the only time I can do it is in the morning, I want to find out about the whole taking a bath thing. Ayoko naman mapasma or magkasakit... Hehe.

tama ba tong pag jajump ko? 30seconds shadow jump tapos 30 seconds rest. tapos ulit na naman for 30minutes. i don't count kase kung nakailang jumps ako. i use the timer.

Pasma is an old wives' tale; there is no medical basis for it. I've been taking a bath right after exercise for many years. Nothing's happened to me.

^ Yup, old wives' tale nga lang daw ang pasma. :)Although I had to ask because I don't want to suffer from joint or muscle pains. I noticed kasi na pag matagal ako nasa harap ng computer (typing, navigating using the mouse), sumasakit yung hands ko pag binasa ko right after. Same din after ironing clothes for a while.

I did notice that a lot of people who go to the gym would shower right after working out. Kaya I'm left wondering. Hehe. I guess warm shower is ok?

^ Cold shower, warm shower...I never had any problems either way. :)
Your pains after using the computer probably have to do more with ergonomics than the wetting itself.

That's fine to start with, just try to keep it longer, when you can. as you get a bit more experienced. :)

this is inspiring.  this is one thing i am good at.  but the last time i tried this was like 20years ago.  hahaha!  i dont think i can do the 30mins straight, but in time i know i can.  that's the spirit.  not only am i goin to loose weight, this is also a fun way to bond with my baby.  i will teach her! pero buy muna ko ng jumping rope tomorrow.  :D
