^ from 120GB, USB 2.0 can support one USB. but i think from 160GB most usb 2.0 cannot support enough power to let it run in 2.0 thus you run 1.0 or 1.1, if love it fast? do the firewire hehe... now its really fast and cool.

if you want to check the prices ng hard disk and other items punta kayo sa websites ng mga stores na to:

pc express
www.pcx.com.ph

pc gilmore:
www.pcgilmore.com.ph

villman
http://www.villman.com/

pc corner
www.pccorner.com.ph

may mga branches naman sila so you can choose kung saan mas mura. ako i prefer sa gilmore area kasi talagang tabi-tabi lang ang mga computer or gadget stores don kaya madaling magcanvass kung saan mas mura. and madalas mas mura pa prices nila sa nilalagay nila sa website.

^This is actually a good buy. I should have seen this before. $279US is not really bad.

Nakaencounter na ba kayo ng problems sa SEAGATE FREEAGENT GO EXTERNAL HDD?

We bought one months ago from PCXPRESS. Hello?!  ::)

ang external drives maraming klase.

1 Terabyte is the capacity. the price will differ with the features.

i know the cheap 1T is with USB 2.0 only. it will be expensive if the connection can be USB 2.0 and Network (LAN) capable. and more expensive if USB 2.0 Firewire 400 and Firewire 800. so far no external drive which is USB - Firewire-Network Capable. also, the lacie 1T (2 disks) inside is a bit better, as it use RAID, the power is higher, faster and more durable.

but ofcourse, this depends, if you are using a windows/pc system, USB 2.0 is better. But if you are using a mac system, firewire 400 or with the 800 i far more better, this good for backing up files, or editing movies.
