my burger patties:

lean beef ground meat
grated carrots
grated potatoes
finely chopped onions
finely chopped tomatoes (or chili catsup)
garlic powder
bread crumbs
egg
spices (oregano, fresh basil)

my hubby usually makes them about half an inch thick if pan fried sya or about an inch thick if broiled sya....

that's the good thing about burger patties.  you can disguise vegies, yung mga hindi kinakain ng kids. :)

i love burgerking's burger. parang hindi naman mayonnaise yung nilalagay nila, meron ba nabibili sa grocery ng parang ganun din? i am making my own burger para less gastos din minsan saka  pag nasa house lang, pero parang bitin ang lasa pag mayonnaise na ordinary lang e. thanks
