whether a post is offensive or helpful, we always have the privilege to reflect our thoughts or comments on it, according to what's allowable in this forum, by simply hitting the reply button.

the post gives away its own poster, so it's enough that one can read that poster's thoughts and judge him or her from there, without converting it to points.

if there ought to be disagreements here, let it be on "relevant" and "useful" issues only, not on those resulting from false or inaccurate interpretations of a poster's positive or negative scores.

The yay feature, for me, is pang-boost lang ng confidence. Like if I have 500+ yay's, of course I will feel loved. And like what alinkshel said, "padamihan ng fans."

I think that if the karma log pushes through, every yays and boos should have an automatic log.  The nicknames of the girltalkers who leave feedbacks should reflect on the karma logs with reasons behind it, so the other forumers won't take advantage of this function to gang up on one person   And so that if one person does get a positive karma, we also know the reason behind it.  Just my POV.

okay na yung ganito lang...all posts/posters will be fairly viewed by majority. saka ang importante naman ay yung content ng post at hindi kung sino yung nag-post, hindi na gaano mahalaga kung highly rated or poorly rated yung member.

In my own opinion KARMA thing is a good suggestion para magkaroon pa ng more spice ang forum or even excitement. Kung saan mafifeel mo na may nakakaappreciate ng post mo at kung saan naman malalaman mo rin na may nagdidisagree sa mga naipost mo yun nga lang wag lang sana magbunga ng away nandahil lang sa BOO. Ang suggestion ko lang kapag nagkaroon na ng karma thing eh magawan ng paraan para madetect kung kaninong username nanggaling yung pagYAY o BOO niya at dapat magkaroon ng log kung bakit sila nagbigay ng karma sa isang forumer.

i agree with you sis... we just need to have a log where in you can see who booed or yayed you... actually, this may help female network more popular in a way that members come back to post and post and help others to gain yay's or post only good ideas... i believe naman that gt members are better than teentalkers... we're matured naman na siguro to understand its use...

^I beg to disagree regarding that we are better here compare to others. I mean I am also a member to that forum pero they are also better as we are here. Magkaiba lang ang level ng maturity but it does not mean na they are that worst.

But of course I know we can handle the karma thing if ever na maaccomplish ang suggestion na ito.

I have been to several local forum and GT is my fave because for me ito ang pinakamaayos at informative sa lahat. I'm not in favor of adding that feature because it might start feud between members. The simplier the better huwag ng guluhin pa. GT is already popular sa dami ng online members everyday no need na for that.
