i am a member of a forum na may ganito. ok lang...pero karamihan, yung mga magkakaibigan sila-sila na lang nagbibigayan ng positive karmas, kapag di ka kilala, kahit na very informative or super ok ang post mo, wala kang + karma.

i know this forum is one of the 'maayos' forums that ive seen but hindi pa din maiwasan magkaron ng mga members na ang lakas ng insecurities & all.. lalo na yung mga nagpapadamihan ng post..i dunno what can they get by that ranks..but some would really take it personal just like in candymag..so medyo delikado..

^yeah sis..that's why i only requested for yays.. para hindi talaga sila magbibigay ng walang reason..maybe they'll also give unreasonable yays for the people they know really...but atleast, no hurt feelings...

In my opinion, this added functionality should only be allowed if people can also view the ones leaving the positive and negative comments, preferably with reasons why.  This way, people won’t abuse it just to spite others.

^yup..maybe after giving a yay or a boo,it is required to give a reason...para alam rin ng ibang gt why they got a yay or a boo...

what happened to the other forum with this function, they have karma logs, however, not all are aware that they have this log and actually, they're not required to log their karmas...

so requiring it will really make it a good function... and might as well help organize better gt threads... less violations...

^^ Yes, same with Ebay.  If you buy something and you are contented, you are suppose to leave a feedback.  It should be a requirement so it won't be abused.
