mine is wildfire. matibay. madaming beses ko na nabagsak (as in kumalas battery at cover) pero gumagana pa naman. masaya mag download ng apps 

problema lang is battery nga that's why i need to buy spare batt.

rooting means hacking your phone para malagyan ng bagong ROM or software update. like if dati siyang 2.1  pwede mong install-an ng 2.3

rooting = android OS
jailbreaking = iOS (apple)
flashing = windows mobile OS

i jailbreaked my iphone, and flashed my dell axim xv1 as well. buhay pa naman silang lahat ngayon (LOL), at mas maganda pa kasi updated at marami akong nainstall.

use at your own risk, DIY yan mga sis. good luck!  oh, hindi ko pa pala naroo-root itong inspire, no need pa.

i got the wildfire.. ang nice niya gusto ko yung surface ng phone and everything about it. sa previous job ko kasi we sell phones kaya alam ko na mga phones na very satisfying sa customers, i recommend htc talaga, the problem is with the bat, dapat merong killer app nakaka ubos kasi kung daming naka open, and another thing is the wifi dapat turned off when not in use.

^sis thank you huh never heard ko pa din yang mga terms na yan, first time ko kasi with smart phones aheheh

^rooting is good IF you know how to troubleshoot.  you may want to install a new ROM as a last resort, like if may mga kulang pa na features sa current os mo na hindi madadaan sa pagdownload ng apps, or you have a specific app na hindi na supported ng current os mo, so that's the time to root.

in my case, i dont see the need to root my inspire yet kasi okay naman yung flash support, andun lahat ng features na hinahanap ko, and all apps are up to date and supported naman.

Nasa sayo yan sis, if you're just curious or thrilled of porting a new ROM in your phone, go for it!  Im not really sure kung san diyan sa pinas pwede iparoot, perhaps greenhills?

sis san mo nabuy ang inspire 4g mo? parang puro desire and wildfire lang dito e

sis nakabili ka na ba ng silicon/hardcase for your wildfire? san kaya meron na maganda. generic lang kasi sa greenhills e. Na enjoy mo na ba yung friend stream features nya? kaaliw noh pag kita mo agad status msgs ng friends mo when they call you pati yung lastest profile pic nila hehe

anyone knows if wildfire can be upgraded to gingerbread (2.3)?

at&t sis.   if im not mistaken, ang base phone ng inspire is desire.

HTC Desire HD user here. Everything is great. Apps are free from AppPlanet. But the only downside is the battery. It needs daily charging. Minsan twice a day pa.

^Nyee! Napapaisip pa naman ako na bumili niyan. Baka naman my problem na talaga yung battery. Dapat i-report mo iyan sa dealer mo.

Haha! Normal lang sya. If you will look up reviews online, yun ang main complain. But the performance is superb. Best phone I ever had so far. Ditched my BB because of it.

^^ Ok lang yun. My bb and bf's old iphone, ganun din eh, everyday kelangan i-charge. Yung bb nga, twice a day ko i-charge eh. So ayos lang 'yang sa htc.
