hello! im not sure where to post this but anyone of you can give a feedback on the HTC Touch phone?

My bro bought one 2 days ago and i must say ang ganda ng interface nya!  Touch screen pa. Im thinking of buying one for myself but i want to get feedbacks first.

HTC has overtook i-mate (na sila din ang gumawa) and palm treo as the best PDA here in dubai. the design is nice not too big and not too small. performance is fast. pero ang downside niya since windows, eh prone to viruses and medyo mahal mga apps niya.

heard frm a frnd that some of the owners of O2 sold their shares and created a new product which is the HTC. so i guess HTC has the same quality as that of O2

nope they're not from O2 but from i-Mate (makers of the amazing smartphone in pinas)

actually, o2 is primarily a communications provider. it doesn't have its own manufacturing facilities, preferring to have products made by companies such as htc (that is, until htc dropped them).

htc used to offer only ODM products. but last year, it acquired the majority share of dopod, and now offers its models under that brand. around that time, it dropped i-mate and o2.

i-mate's CEO was part of the original team that designed O2's XDA. i-mate used to sell htc-made products as well.

^nope, HTC din dati ang gumagawa ng Imate then napalitan ng TechFaith yata un (kalimutan ko na) then iba na naman ngayon gumawa para sa bago release na device ng Imate (ultimate series)

question.. does touch sync with macs?

battery life is cool a single charge would last bout couple of days. unfortunately it won't sync sa mac you have to install windows either with parallels, bootcamp (for mactel) or virtual pc (PPC)

really? oh wow. i was choosing between asus p525 and touch... i think ahl go for the touch. hehe. will buy this baby this month o next month. thanks for the response =)
