Hi mga sis from Gapo and Subic,

As a kid I have always been fascinated with Subic, how clean and peacful it is, plus malapit sa beach. Im just wondering If you guys know how the nearest BPOs / Call Centers near the Subic airport? Meron ba? baka kasi mg-relocate kami next year if madedestino na si hubby dun.

We're also in search of a good place to stay malapit sana sa work, hubby will work in Subic airport kaya i need work nearby din. baka bumili kami ng bahay- depende if everything works well for us in subic, saka looking for good international / well established schools for our children.

Laking QC kasi ako. Hubby naman born in bulacan pero raised in QC. so wala kami kamag-anak dito.

^Hi sis! The nearest Call Centers I know is in Clark na. I dont have news na meron na sa Subic. Dibale, via SCTEX, Clark is just 45 mins away from Subic.

If you want to live near the airport, I suggest you check the houses in Cubi area. Nasa baba lang nun ang airport. If you'll be interested to buy a house in SBMA in the future, you may PM me, expert ako diyan

There's Brent International School in Subic din and other good schools, so that won't be a problem.

i used to live also in SBMA (crown peak gardens, upper cubi, SBMA) in 2002-2003 and in olongapo city (corner 9th and rizal ave)2004-2005.

if you plan to stay sa sbma sis, seek out crown peak gardens. meron sila pina re rentahan na mga studio type na place in the rows of buildings in front of legenda suites. wall to wall carpet, airconditioned (window-type), hot/cold water with matching bath tub and telephone.

this place is directly sa bandang itaas ng subic international airport (the last street sa left before subic airport, zizag ang daan na pataas) and about a hundred meters away from bat kingdom.

napaka tahimik ng lugar sis kasi na try ko umistambay sa terrace at ma traffic na pag meron dumaan na 5 tao sa harapan ng terrace the whole day tee hee!.

ingat lang sis kasi minsan nagulat ako one morning pagbukas ko ng pinto ay meron mga monkeys (unggoy) na nasa terrace ko.

the only thing i found negative about the place is kung wala ka sariling sasakyan kasi by schedule ang public transport na dumadaan (every 30 minutes).

if you're curious how much is the rent . . . when i was staying there sis, if memory serves me right, the rent was P4,000.00 a month (excluding power bills) and you have to pay 3 months advance and issue a post dated check for the rest of the year (9 checks). feedback ko ay hindi naman daw yata sila nagtaas ng rent.

now ay dito na ako sa quezon city and is a SAHM-entrepreneur (am turning 24 this january, 2010 and mom to 3 cute little girls) although we still maintain a property sa 2nd street.
