I cried with Flowers for Algernon. Parehas kami, its also one of my favorite books. The story is so profound. AYun lang. Also A Walk to Remember by Nicholas Sparks.

^^ I've heard so much about the Sweet Dreams PS I Love You. My officemates who've read it say it's still one of the best books they've read, even though it must have been printed in the 80s. I never came across a copy of it though. *sigh*

Diary of Anne Frank  => when I was reading what happened to Anne when they got caught by the Nazis. I remember crying at 2 a.m.

Tuesdays with Morrie  => when Morrie said that he grew up so lonely because his mother died when he was a child, and the pain still lives even up to that day.

By the River Piedra, I sat down and wept  => I cried because like Pilar (main character), I too, was holding back love because it's not practical.

i'll never  forget James Patterson's Suzanne's Diary to Nicholas. OMG. from page one to the end of the book iyak ako ng iyak.

i'll never pick up another book by James Patterson. ayoko parating umiyak pag nagbabasa ako.

most Danielle Steele's pieces are tearjerkers too.

i agree with the rest of you sa PS I LOVE YOU (sweet dreams) tearjerker cya though the book had a sequel (i forgot the title) where naging happy din cya in the end...though long time ago ko na cya nabasa and yes ang hirap maghanap ng copy nya..pero before I got lucky and was able to buy it sa Recto

all historical books of judith mcnaught also made me cry...the best [textspeak!] [textspeak!] books nya eh..

sobrang tearjerker ito to the max! correct me if im wrong, this is the first  sweet dreams novel.

pag naiisip ko sya ngayon, naiiyak ako. kc my childhood friend who lent me that book died 3 years ago.

paulo coelho's works also make me shed some tears. and also the part from little women where beth was saying goodbye to jo.

Pero ang pinaka-tearjerker para sa akin is Thorn Birds by Colleen McCollough. It's a love story between Meggie Cleary and Father Ralph de Bricassart.

Oh my.. I saw a short movie from her book "Dont die my love" sa isang star world (cable channel) promise kahit 5 times ko na syang pinanood naiiyak pa rin ako..

I'm looking for a copy of that novel sa mga bookstore kaso wala akong makita..
