^CPA working in a bank here.  Yes, busy with year-end and more reports to come.  Hay!

I'm in audit, sis. hehe. But still found the time to post. Haha. The next week will be the start of sleepless nights for me.  :'( Every year I swear that every busy season would be my last, but I am still here! haha.

^mami violy, BOA ba? I think that's the same one you renew sa PRC diba? hehe. nalito lang ako. =)

Used to be in audit din but I don't like stress that's why I left. :P

I think mami violy is referring to that permit/certificate for a CPA to establish his own accounting/audit firm.  Am i right?  With PRC naman na ID they are not strict eh they don't even check your CPE credits.

^Sis you actually want to get those certificates stating that you've earned CPE credits?  I know you can get them by attending seminars by PICPA, audit firms etc.  Its difficult in your case since you are abroad eh.

^You have certificates for that right?  I'm not quite sure but I think the certificates will be written proofs of the seminars you've attended.  I think that can be considered somehow.. :)

So audit ako ngayon (ulet), pero mas okay yung work ko ngayon, unlike dati.

Replies, both nega and positive will be very much appreciated.

sis di kaya boredom lang yan nararamdaman mo kasi audit then private then back to audit ka ulit

You're welcome mami violy.

laey, ako I realized na accounting is not for me din somehow.. I'm not that good at it eh.. Mas gusto ko maging chef or maybe engaged in the medical field.  But then its a lil too late too.  Used to work in audit and i didn't like it.  Now nasa private and currently studying MBA.  I just like my job now cause wala masyadong pressure. :(

^You mean Philippines CPA Board Exam sis?  Sa Pilipinas lang ina-administer ang CPA Board Exams to become a CPA in the Phils. :)

Thanks mami violy and aMz.  :) I'm not really into accounting, nung nagprivate ako, di din accounting work ko, more on financial management. Okay din naman siya, kaso me dumating na magandang offer din tapos audit pa, so nigrab ko na. So pasalamat na din ako. ;)

^^ I agree with aMz, I think sa Pinas lang ginaganap ang Phil. CPA board exams.

Welcome laey!  Ang swerte nga those CPAs who get to work abroad.  Too bad for me kasi ayaw ko talaga sa audit and I don't want to work abroad din naman pwede siguro if I have my family and friends with me there.  So I'm happy na din na kahit andito lang ako sa Pinas at d dollars ang pay at least hindi ako naii-stress sa trabaho at wala akong inuuwi na work. :)
