I used to, so often, but now I am lost and out of faith. Went through a lot of troubles that I always forget about praying and lifting up everything to him, i tried to figure it out on my own and solved it on my own. There was a time I blamed Him and myself of feeling that he let go of me and never heard of my prayers. Now i dont know how to get back, but i want to, i admit that my feelings now were soooo totally different compared to what i felt with Him before. Hoping i could go back again, but was so ashamed for all the things i did, said and felt.

i start my day by thanking God for being alive when I wake up

i end the day by thanking God for the whole day, for being safe and for every good thing that happened to me and to my family and to all the people that i care for and saying sorry for every little sin that i did on that day

i have been doing this since i learned to pray as a child

i pray when i'd like to ask Him something, to apologize, to ask Him to give me a sign, to tell Him how He is to me and of course, to thank Him.
