Party Needs Business

Hello sisters,

me kilala ako pwede magturo 2,000/head din... Minimum 10 people, but if me alam kayo place kung saan pwede gawin, pwede na 6-8 people lang kasi wala na charge for te venue. We can do a balloon decor tutorial party. I organize event din like seminars and that is one topic series of seminars namin. Ask ko if when sya available. Pero last time i talked to her May pa sya available.  list nyo lang names here kung sino interested.

Lecture: creativity, balance, proportion, textures and color combination, party needs operation and organizational management, costing, pricing, sourcing materials and business requirements. Demo: clown balloons arrangements for the stage and garden, party entertainment, clown make-up and magic trics. pi. Hands-on decorative balloons.  for only 3,399 a 2 day seminar ata yun... venue is 103 J Abad Santos St., Little Baguio San Juan, near Alex III resto.  Fee is P3,399. Tentative schedule is April 2 & 3. all intrested pm nyo ko kasi at least 5 person is needed para maiconduct yung seminar...

^ Sis, naku naghahanap ako ng taga GT doon pero wala. Anyway, okay naman pero nakafocus sya sa balloon arrangements (marami akong natutunan sa balloon arranagemnets). Meron din sa clowning.I was hoping na complete talaga pati foodcarts and giveaways (hindi masyadong na touch up). Kaya medyo nakulangan ako. Gusto ko i-try yung sa negoskwela. I suggest, i-try mo yung negoskwela. See there ad sa Bulletin today kung kelan yung schedule ng comprehensive course nila na 4 days.

 ^ sis, Ang title ng seminar is "Setting up party needs business with complete balloon arrangements and decors". Their previous ads says that it includes facepainting, foodcarts and others. Pinaliit yung space eh kasi maraming included na other comprehensive courses. Their sked this month is on April 27 to 30 for 3,900. They need a phone reservation. Tel # is [contact number removed]

the first thing you would need to do is to establish the capital you are planning to put out. that way you will be able to determine if you opt for a  homebased company or open up a shop (which entails more time, money and attention)
Then you will need to establish your database for the different suppliers and talents and make sure you will have nice standing relationships with them
Once you have na the suppliers data base, you can make na packages for your would be clients:)

of course, this is not the be all and end all of party planning.  but this could be the start

me too have so much more to learn, and i hope to able to learn one party at a time

Mga sis ako nag put up ng party shop sa village with a partner. Pero ang plan ko sa mga suppliers ako mag rerelay like sa baloon arrangements,flowers and giveaways.Di na [textspeak!] kaya sa schedule ko na ako mismo tututok sa pag set up and etc.Kaya ako ngayo naghahanap ng suppliers na pwede kong maka tie up.[textspeak!] masyadong malaking capital pag may inventory ako.

FYI, there's a section in Buy-And-Sell for party needs/suppliers, clowns, face painters, etc that you can book or tie up with.  For those who plan to just outsource.

just be wary on the suppliers you find in Buy and Sell..although it helps to look, di lahat dun ok yung quality of service so mas ok if you keep on looking for resources and always ask for sample pics

hello mga sis.. im also interested in this kind of business po lalo na at i live 5mins away from divisoria po and is somehow familiar na with the place. ang siste lang, dahil nga malapit lang kami sa divisoria, i dont think na magcliclick ang business ko if dito ko siya sa place namin itatayo.. nagwoworry naman ako na kung sa labas ko siya itatayo, baka matalo ako ng rent tapos baka di kayanin ng sched ko kasi im also working at may babies pa na inaalagaan..
