If you really want cheap but efficient na pagpapraktisan, palengke/kitchen supplies store ang sagot dyan. They sell it sometimes for half or a third of Saizen/mall prices. Tumatagal naman mga aluminum tins ko na galing palengke. Nasa pag-aalaga rin.

Meron daw sa quiapo...
For other baking/kitchen utensils, meron din don alam ko... or try All About baking in QC.. Thats where I go to pag mabilisang kelangan ng gamit sa baking.

For generic utensils, there's Quiapo. Best for mixing bowls, scoopers, etc. More expensive ones at Cook's Exchange. I know there's one sa Megamall and Rockwell. But I find the supplies there to be limited. There's also Gourdo's in Trinoma and sa Podium, aka Living Well with larger array of baking things. Prepare your list beforehand, kase kung hindi mapapagastos ka talaga. Also count Choco Lovers in sa cubao and All About Baking sa QC rotonda, more on ingredients naman. 
For equipments, I still prefer to get mine from established stores na talaga like True Value, Abenson's, etc. From ovens to mixers nandun na. Hope this helps.

Try JY Firebrick Ovens in Cubao. Malaki nga lang ang initial investment, around 17k yung maliit nila pero sulit in the long run kasi de-uling lang ang you can bake more fiid items other than pandesal (pizza, loaf breads, even roast liempo/chicken).

Yun rin ang dream oven ko kasi mahilig and family namin sa pizza at bread.

since gusto ko mag-try ng baking for the 1st time, i bought a loaf pan sa japanese store not bad for P60+ lang. with non-stick coating na 8.5 x 4.5 yung size... dapat silicon bibilhin ko kasi parang pang-muffins sya & sabi nung tindera mas ok daw yung loaf pan. Try ko muna with an oven toaster cake mix. parang ok nga rin mga spatula nila. Pag successful, try ko pa ibang cake mixes saka na ko bili ng mga materials na pang-bake. Haha baking noob pa ako e! Dun muna ako sa cheap lang na mga tools while self-studying.

Ingat lang sis sa cheap silicon baking molds. Manipis ang mga yan and hindi sigurado sa quality.
Nabasa ko sa net, to check if a silicon mold is of good quality, try mo-i-fold. Kung mamuti yung area na finold mo, hindi raw okay yun. Ako I use silicon placemat rin naman pero placemat nga lang to knead my bread dough, hindi ko naman sinasubject sa heat kaya okay lang. Yung cupcake/cake/bread moulds lang ang hindi ako tiwala sa mga P88/P66 store kasi iniinit natin yan sa oven.

there's a store in g4 near gourdo's that sells cheap but quality baking materials and ingredients. sorry i can't remember the name of the store.

there's a new store in Makati that sells coffee, cupcakes and baking supplies (including boxes), its located at Isabelle Royale Hotel, 4343 Valdez st. Brgy Poblacion, Makati..all reasonably price and retail(small quantities) are available, from candy sprinkles to nuts and boxes..

Hmm... try to contact the service center of your oven. I don't see oven racks sold in appliance centers/malls.

San pinaka ok and cheap na mabibilhan ng kitchenaid na mixer? I saw it in s&r 17500 compared sa anson na 25k dont know if same model though.. Ok ba yung sa s&r?
