Im saving for La Germania oven, yung oven lang ha. I had ovens before, pero pang maliliit lang sya.

Yes its oven lang, walang stove, although, meron silang model ng oven na may top, which is yung stove nga. Iba rin naman yung mga gas range.

Sis, sa Anson Ortigas dami naka display na oven, yung La Germania oven lang talaga ang nakita ko, hiwalay yung electric at gas.

sis try mo sa mga shop na nasa gilid ng divisoria mall. dun ko binili yung mga baking needs ng sister ko like cake deco tips, piping/pastry bags, color mist, sprinkles, cookie cutter, etc.. kundi ako nagkakamali best way ata name nung store na binilhan ko..

Hi there, I'm new to GT but I feel I may have some "seniority" by way of age. I'm forty sumthin' and have been cooking since I can remember (trained by my mum, self taught, the first complete meal I cooked was when I was about 12, so school of hard knocks tayo dito).
My advise lang too all you girls wanting to to buildup your culinary/baking things and equipment...
Know the prices and know how to substitute.

Example... I was looking for a small scoop for a cookie recipe I wanted to experiment on. Since baking is not my main business, I did not find it worthwhile to buy expensive scoop (ice cream) for something I might just use once. I went to Quiapo, one of the best places to find stuff (if you know your prices), but the one they have costs almost Php600 yata. Didn't buy that! Much too expensive for my needs.

Buti na lang, kasi I went to landmark the next day and found exactly what I needed for less than P200. Yun nga lang its not stainless its chrome plated lang yata, but I didn't care, kasi nga I figured for seldom use lang. Got it last November, it still works and look new pa rin after mabugbog sarado ko sya kasi the experiment went well and had several orders for Christmas. Best P200 I ever spent if you ask me.

Actually check out Landmark, dami dun cooking stuff na very reasonable.
I found 4" round alum round baking pans for just under P60 something that sells at Chocolate Lover's for over P80.

anybody here who knows where to buy vacuum sealer? i watched one of the episodes of top chef where Hung always "sous-vide" the food that he marinates and this got me really itching to buy one of those vacuum sealers.

^Try Landmark. Mura springform pan nila dun compared to Gourdo's. Measuring cups mura lang din and maraming choices.

^ hi sis! i saw the ones you wanted in gourdo's trinoma. they have the aplhabet fondant cutters. mga 1 inch yung size ng letters.
